My Mom recently moved to The Ridge at Grandeview and my husband and I are so pleased with how well she transitioned to her new home. The facility is well maintained both inside and outside. The amenities are top notch! Also, she loves her room and gets so many complements about how beautiful it is. The staff is very caring and attentive. She also enjoys all the activities that are offered each day. We are so thankful that we found this place!

The Ridge at Grandeview is the perfect place for my Mom! My brothers and I could not be more pleased with the level of love, care and concern that is shown to her each day. She is treated with kindness and respect by every employee in every situation. Here is a place where Mom is really known! She is not just a name on a list. This is a result of employees who intentionally look for ways to help the residents.

Having a nurse on staff each day along with a medical team who takes care of any issue that arises gives us all a peace of mind.

The size of The Ridge is important. It is the ideal size for residents to learn the layout quickly, freeing them from the frustration of getting lost. Mom is now free to enjoy her days visiting with other residents, doing puzzles, playing games, enjoying her delicious meals, exercising, or just reading in her room.

The rooms and all the facilities are appealing and well-maintained. The Ridge has a clean, fresh look and provides a very pleasant atmosphere in which to live.

We are forever grateful to everyone at the Ridge for making my Mom’s transition to assisted living better than we could have ever hoped or dreamed!

Our mother moved into Proveer about 9 months ago. It was a big change for her at 92 coming from her own home. I remember Libby who we first met with asked “What do you want for your mother?” I wanted her to find a place where she would be safe and happy. I hoped she could make a few friends and have some fun activities during her day. I can say that has definitely been met at Grande View. Mother’s faith is also extremely important to her and they have been great to meet that need through several added activities. Monica is the activities director and has done an excellent job. She knows her residents and desires to give them opportunities to have fun while helping them cognitively etc…. No place is perfect but they have listened when I have had a concern to come up. I absolutely love that it is smaller than most other places which has allowed for Mother and me to get to know her new community I have and would recommend Proveer at Grande View.

My mother-in-love has been in the memory care section of The Ridge at Grandview almost 6 months and we have been so pleased! Ms Linda loves it and has told us on multiple occasions, “I’m keeping this property!” (Her dementia makes her think she owns the “property”) She loves the food and she is always clean and we have been pleased since day one!!!
Thank you to all the wonderful people who care for Linda as if she was their own family!

My mother has been a resident at Proveer for about 6 months now. It really has improved her quality of life a lot. It's the best decision my sister and I have made together with her in years. I visit her every week at least once and bring her great grandchildren over from time to time, too. She loves to show them off to the other residents! We are so grateful to have found her a home with Proveer!

Our family has been using Proveer at Grand View since 2023 and the staff has been amazing. We initially used a consultant to help us with placement into a memory care unit. He highly recommended them and they became our first choice. Libby helped us through this difficult transition with kindness and she was always available for questions. Deondra the head nurse has been helpful with every step and also very reassuring when we had questions. Additionally, Monica in charge of activities has been such a wonderful help. I wouldn't want to leave a review without mentioning the food. The chef at Proveer makes the most appetizing meals. Whenever I am visiting during meal times I feel like the food quality is country club level cuisine.
