Craig, Sally and Chad are the best! I have only positive remarks for them. I feel my time spent there got me from almost not being able to walk even with a walker following extensive back surgery to walking without any aids! A big thank you to the Mt. Pleasant PT Group team!

PT Institute is professional when dealing with clients. They offer private therapy rooms by a dedicated therapist. Sally is my therapist and she is a very good listener. Other office staff is very friendly and Chad makes you feel welcome. Staff works as a team and the atmosphere makes you feel comfortable. Only 4 stars because no one is perfect. For me the service is more than expected.

Craig is very knowledgeable and professional in his treatment of his patients. I was impressed with the time he spends listening about your problem then explaining to you the treatment he feels will benefits you. He then plans a personalized treatment plan for your care. Craig's office staff are also very professional and friendly. They assist and make you very comfortable in your treatment. All around a great experience. I want to thank them all.

I had an amazing experience with Craig and Chad . I came in with a crushed right foot injury and with Craig’s help, guidance, and a lot of patience I am going back to work in 5 months from my injury. Craig and just made me feel comfortable and didn’t rush the process, they just listened to me and adjusted my therapy from there. Thank you Craig and thank you Matt!

I fractured my humerus in Nov started therapy in Dec/Jan just started back at work last week was able to do my job with no issues Chad, Sally &Craig got me able to do my job with no issue's
Sally had me carry a fake tray so I could do my job I had to carry all east 20 lbs plus

Craig was very thorough and professional, yet down-to-earth. His treatment plan utilizing modalities as well as exceptional “hands-on” physical therapy has me walking well again. I am a retired medical professional and I could not find a better physical therapist.
