My Aunt chose to live here and had to be shuffled around to a variety of other places due to the pandemic hindering their opening.

After making some calls to our state and county representatives, I was able to assist the director in getting their inspection approved.

My Aunt was the first resident to move in after that and as the only resident for many months, she was nicknamed, "Princess" because the staff were all at her because and call having no one else to assist.

I visited her often over the years she lived there and was always impressed with the pleasant environment, the quality of care, and the activities she was able to enjoy.

They even allowed her to have a tomato plant to watch over. After having to communicate with her through a glass window at other places and hear stories of people screaming at other places she stayed, I was so relieved she could finally end her days in peace and tranquility with as many visitors as made the trip to see her.

The Orchards maintained a strict covid protocol during the final stages of the pandemic which I endured for everyone's safety.

Whenever I would find something I felt needed attention, we were able to resolve it immediately.

I believe families have to take responsibility for the care of their loved ones and not just drop them off expecting everything to be fine.

I caught my Aunt's covid bout because I heard it in her voice in the few words she was able to speak after her strokes. The staff, once alerted, immediately sprang into action. They weren't as aware because they didn't know her as well as I did.

I believe every place has its ups and downs, but out of all the places my Aunt stayed at, the Orchards consistently provided loving care.

I recently visited to drop off a thank you note and one of my favorite staff members told me she still misses my Aunt. That brought tears to my eyes.

I believe if you have a loved one you care about, you won't find a more pleasant place for them to stay in while they either recover, or live out their life.

I would highly recommend you choose one near your loved one's area to allow easy access for friends and relatives to visit. That was my only regret for my Aunt, but otherwise, it was a very nice experience for her and I am grateful she was there.

I am a physician and have been to multiple post acute centers, skilled nursing facilities and assisted livings. I have sent family to The Orchard Skilled Nursing Facility, Respite and Assisted Living. The facility and staff are excellent. There is a very positive culture of caring at The Orchard and the staff takes the time to help their patients. Special thanks to Tige in admissions and Pam in Assisted Living Admin for creating a culture of caring. My family member loves it there and we enjoy visiting her.

I could go on for days about how much my family loves the Orchards! The facilities are clean and updated, the staff is kind and attentive, and the physical/occupational therapy and nursing/medical care are top notch. My mom has had a rough and complicated medical journey this past year, and the Orchards has supported her along the way. I don’t think her outcome would have been near as good if not for the care, attention and support she has received at this facility. We are forever grateful, and if we could give The Orchards 6 stars, we definitely would!

Shelli at the front desk has become the welcoming face of The Orchards for me. She's been so helpful when I've called or visited.

The place was clean and new. Staff was great especially two can’s - Salome and Raquel! The reason for 4 stars is the food. Overcooked and sometimes barely warm but overall I was pleased. Today I’m going to be in Orchard van to drive around to look at holiday lights🎄🎈

Is there an option for no stars? Don’t bring your loved one here unless you’re ok with them dying. I’d never bring my father back to this place, not after the neglected him to the point of sever dehydration. Poop covers his bed, body, remote and floor. He fell out of bed twice and onto the tile since there were no pads on the floor. High risk fall patients apparently need to ask for a mat on the floor. No one goes above and beyond. Nurses could care less and it shows. Neglected and left to die. Shame on all them all.

Kind and caring staff. Very friendly and helpful. Nothing is perfect, but this is about as good as it gets. Taking time to get ti know the staff really helps the experience.
The interiors are clean, well taken care of, and new. Nice TV’s. Clean bath/shower rooms. Shared rooms have closets separating the residents, instead of curtains, which gives more privacy and a quieter space on each side. The food is actually pretty good. Modern tech details like EV charging stations outside are cool. The grounds with courtyards are beautiful. The drought tolerant landscaping is very nice. The view of the hills is relaxing. It makes you want to buy into Reata Glen, the independent living development associated with The Orchards.
I swore I wouldn’t let my wife go to a Skilled Nursing Facility after our last experience with one nearby, and with my mom’s unacceptable experience in another SNF. The Orchards really is different, and was a very pleasant surprise.

Beautiful Facility. Clean, Organized and well laid out. I especially enjoyed the separation between Assisted Living and Nursing Care wings. Staff was friendly and attentive to everyone’s needs. I would definitely recommend this Facility to anyone needing senior care.
