A wonderful clinic for ORT, the staff are super professional and helpful. The building itself is extraordinarly clean and modern, and through myself receiving Suboxone and dealing with hepatitis CIM has provided me wonderful psychological counseling and they adhere closely to the science of addiction with a proper application of evidenced based harm-reduction along with maintenance therapy. In other words, they are very cognizant of the realities that are faced by opioid addicts, whether in remission or in active addiction.

I travel cross-county from Philadelphia county to CIM, which is in Delaware County, because they, and its umbrella organization Sharon Hill Medical, are so responsive to my needs. I had a flirt with methadone maintenance therapy (MMT, which is *not* provided by CIM, rather they use various buprenorphine and naltrexone formulations) and I'm glad my situation did not keep me on methadone (I have no problem with MMT, to the contrary, but it's really for a certain subsection of opioid dependent persons) because the quality of care I get here is second to none.

Through Sharon Hill Medical one can also get excellent dental services, food assistance, psychological services (provided by AIDS Care Management group; very LGBTQ+ friendly and inclusive overall), family planning, physical wellness, PrEP, psychiatry, and more. I find it bewildering sometimes how much I'm treated as an individual that has problems rather than a scumbag junkie (Hi NET Center!) and it makes all the difference to be treated as a person dealing with a health issue as opposed to constant, condescending moral indignation provided by some people / organizations which I shall leave nameless.

I would recommend this organization to anyone struggling with any sort of substance use disorder, particularly if you're an opioid dependent person with vulnerabilities and is looking for evidenced based treatment that's grounded in compassion as opposed to moral condemnation and self-flagellation.

I would like to thank all of the doctors especially Shay Sheldon,Kevin Moore,Tricia Acri ect,ect .The list goes on and on they are a team of doctors like no other.I am very pleased with theyre services.
