The Bungalows are very warm and welcoming. The staff is exceptional especially Belinda. She made my Mother's move seamless. Belinda goes out of her way to help the residents feel at home.
The rooms are large and many of the rooms have a patio. My Mother enjoys sitting outside.

The Bungalows have been a blessing for my mother-in-law. Everyone has been so good to her and made her feel at home everyday . When we call her - her "hellos" are so much more up beat and happy which makes us feel good about her being there. Belinda has been a blessing also to us . She is always happy and willing to help us. She makes us feel so comfortable . Thank you so much for all your kindness . We LOVE the Bungalows ! ❤️

My mother has been living at The Bungalows for 2 years, and she is very happy there. We looked at several assisted living facilities before deciding on the Bungalows, and we were immediately impressed by the friendly, comfortable atmosphere. The staff is very caring and involved. They engage the residents by having activities and social events several times a day, as well as being concerned and involved in their health and wellness. My mother absolutely loves living at The Bungalows and settled in right away and feels at home there. I strongly recommend anyone looking into an assisted living environment to visit The Bungalows.

I can’t say enough great things about The Bungalows at Jonesboro. My parents moved here the middle of January and were welcomed with love and support from every staff member and resident. They have loved all the activities and most of all the delicious home cooked meals. My father passed away just a few days ago and the love and support from everyone here has been amazing. I know my mom will be able to have brighter days ahead because everyone here is rallying around her. My friends and family cannot get over how amazing everyone here is. This has been such a blessing for us, and I highly recommend it if you are looking for a wonderful, loving place to help your loved one in their golden years age with grace a support.

My mom has been here since December 2022.. She has had several hospital stays
and the Bungalows have been really helpful during that time and called us whenever they thought she needed medical care. The food is great there . They also have several choices of activities daily as well as outings. The apartments are really nice and we feel very comfortable with our mom being there. They have a great staff And they are all very friendly and helpful.

My dad has been at the Bungalows for a year and a half and we are very happy with our living arrangements at the Bungalows!
The staff is great— so nice and attentive and friendly and aim to please all the residents.
There is such a family atmosphere where everyone feels included whether they are in the cafeteria or in the activity room. There are activities opportunities for everyone—trips to the movies or out to eat or going to see Christmas lightys and daily activities of crafts and card playing, etc.!
The Holidays are amazing! There is such a festive time at all the Bungalows from New Year’s and Valentine’s Day and they are over the top at Christmas!!!! They have parties and get to gathers during the Holidays and for Birthdays!
Our family highly recommends the Bungalows and their staff for someone that needs to transition from their home.

We're so fortunate that Moma is a resident at The Bungalows. The staff is top notch. All interactions have been very kind, caring and professional. Every resident with whom I've visited speaks highly of The Bungalows staff. Staff as well as the other residents have made Moma feel so very welcome. She's often mentions how much she enjoys the meals and group activities. The facility is nicely decorated and has a very comfortable, warm atmosphere. The Bungalows is an impressive, well managed assisted living facility.
