When I first brought my mom to the community, I felt like it was a family atmosphere. But now people keep being traded in, and it feels like the family atmosphere is gone. For example, the last facility director treated my mom like she was family and I was bothered, because we never got a chance to say bye to her, and my mom really loved her. I have no problem with the new facility director but I felt like the old one just didn't have the help that she needed and to get things done on time as requested. But like I said everyone loved her and she really tried her best. The energy of the activities director in a facility director brings a lot of joy into the community. They sang and communicated with all the residents. The activity director it's kind and loving and really enjoys being around the residents they enjoyed being around her. I just wish things were the same. I enjoy the nursing directors. The reidents are enjoying the food. More with a new cook, Miles, the family experience director is very understanding and easy to deal with And the nursing director is the same. We're just praying. The new year will be better for all in the community.

My mother has been at the Bungalows for about a year, most of it in the Memory care unit. The staff is caring and attentive. My mother is treated by staff members very kindly, as though she was a member of their own family. She has developed close relationships with most of the staff because of how she is cared for. Based on our experience, I would recommend the Bungalows to others.

My father moved into The Bungalows of Fayetteville in March 2024. When he moved in, the administrator and staff fostered a friendly, caring and professional atmosphere. The apartment had just been renovated. There were initial problems with the room—a nonfunctional toilet for weeks, (the painter had flushed a paint brush), weeks without a functioning hot water heater, most light bulbs not working (I replaced them myself). I figured that once these initial problems were resolved, he would be very happy because the staff were happy. Then the administrator was walked out. The replacement was a disaster. She immediately set out on a firing spree. The staff are stalked on camera—afraid to speak to families. By the time my father died on November 1, only one staff person remained of the original staff ( 7 months). The head nurse who previously was masters level was replaced with an LPN. The kitchen staff replaced and my father’s special dietary needs simply not met. I began bringing in food for them to serve him and even that was not done. It did not appear that the kitchen staff were qualified.
On one occasion my father was needed assistance and his call light was never answered because no staff had shown up for work. There was inadequate staff to care for the residents. There was simply no one there to help him. The administrator is disinterested in the concerns of family and becomes hostile and untruthful when questioned. I cannot recommend this facility.

This place is not only beautifully and comfortably set in its brick and mortar frame but in the heart and actions of the staff and management- all the way up the chain! This staff shows love for each individual resident and leadership not only supports but promotes that. WOW from someone who’s has seen it from both sides.

My grandmother is living at The Bungalows in the memory care unit.The staff treat her as if she were their grandmother. Her apartment is spacious and well kept. I would definitely recommend The Bungalows if your loved one is needing assisted living or memory care.

I had the opportunity to host a wine event and was genuinely impressed with the teamwork the staff displayed. The residents were happy and had nothing but positive things to say about The Bungalows. I felt a sense of community and cannot wait to host again! Thanks for having me!
