My 92 year old father received excellent care in rehab at The Blossoms! They were so kind & treated him like family. Aides & nurses came quickly when he pushed his call button. They did everything they could to make him comfortable. Every time I went to visit him, he would tell me they were taking good care of him! I don’t usually leave reviews, but felt like everyone needed to know the great care my dad received!❤️

I am giving this facility a 5 star for the most honest reason! This place feels like home. The staff and residents are all treated like family. Everyone goes above and beyond to help not just the nursing staff but all the way to housekeeping, dietary and administration. This facility has the BEST Therapy team. Everyone that works at this facilities overall goal is to help and they were born to do the job that they are doing and love to do!!! I have worked in many nursing homes and this one yes it maybe older, provides the best quality of care that I have ever seen. I have personally had a family friend in this nursing home and they have told me that they would allow us to care for any of their family members any day of the week! In short summary, I'm am very pleased with this facility and absolutely LOVE everyone here!!!

On July 19, 2023 my husband was admitted to this nursing home. We had no choice, as we were told this was the only facility that could take him. Due to his Alzheimer’s, he was admitted for two weeks of rehab. Upon admittance, I told the nursing home two very important things. One, I wanted his door to be left open at all times and two, to ensure his room was warm as he was cold all the time, even in a 76-degree room. He was unable to get up and move by himself so he could not adjust the temperature if he wanted. We went to see him daily, and mostly found him out in the general area. However, one day we stopped in and found him in his room, the door was closed and the temperature was in the mid 60’s. He had his head covered up to try to stay warm. I asked the workers why his door was shut, and why was his room so cold? Everyone told me they had no idea because they were just coming in to work. We decided to bring him home. I attempted to call the nursing home three times. The first two times the phone went unanswered. The third time someone did answer the phone, but ended up hanging up on me without speaking. Our doctor also tried multiple times to call the nursing home, again all calls went unanswered. We were told by our hospice provider, that they too tried to call multiple times, all of their calls were unanswered as well.

I would not recommend this nursing home at all, not even to my worst enemy.

Our mom has been at The Blossoms for about two months, and I am thrilled with the staff at Blossoms that care for her. She is in the memory care wing and is thriving. I am very grateful to specific staff for getting to know her and truly take care of her like family, I know I may leave someone out, but I am so grateful to all of the staff, from Debbie, Aida, Tia, CC, Ericka, Elisa, Laura, Alfred and Trish, thank you thank you thank you! Yes, the facility is old, but clean. I felt very heard when discussing my moms care with nurses, cna's, janitorial staff and admin and my mom's needs were addressed with kindness, dignity and respect. I really appreciate your loving care.

I love the time shared with residents the most. They are amazing and always make me smile! They enjoy taking the time to stop by my office and brag on staff members that take such great care of them. The staff also take the time to stop in and thank management for all they do in coordinating not only the care of the residents but their needs as well. We treat everyone like family here!

The Blossoms of Roger's is a great facility and wonderful staff and Department Heads. Always willing to help out and answer any questions or look into any concerns. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for long term care for their loved one. 5 star rating.

My mother in law spent 2 weeks at this facility. The experience was terrible as she said the meals and rooms were always cold. The front office & visiting area was clean, but the resident halls smelled of urine & feces. She contracted Covid while there, was isolated in the back of the facility and had trouble getting staff to assist her when needed. She is on prescription meds and was not given her scheduled doses. She had to be taken to the hospital with severe dehydration & was mal-nourished. We were not notified when EMT’ were called. Her personal belongs were also misplaced with no explanation as to how they were lost. If you care for your elders reconsider allowing them to be placed at this facility.
