The Blossoms at Berryville Rehab & Nursing Center

This place is horrible! My husband’s grandmother was just there for over a month. Wasn’t ask to get out of bed, wasnt ask to reposition herself NOTHING. They wouldn’t feed her when she needed to be fed! This poor woman was sent to the hospital yesterday. It was so bad her skin was breaking down and ate perfectly fine when my mother in law fed her. Poor thing had massive bed sores from not being rolled over at all! Never bathed because she always had the same night gown on when my mother in law would go see her. She would have to change it herself. She even brought all this up to the nurses and obviously NOTHING was done. We now have her in the hospital and will be transferred to a much better place! I’ve been a CNA for 4 years and you hear the stories about places like this but when it actually is your family it’s messed up. They will be reported to the board.

My mom was in Autumn Hill. They took excellent care of her and everything was always the way it should be, when I would show up. I work a very crazy schedule and showed up at odd hours on different days, and the staff was always cooperative with me and let me see my mom at any given hour. She was always clean, fed, and in good spirits.

This place is HORRIBLE!!! We brought my father in for 20 days of rehab. He looked worse coming out then when he went in. He had deathly allergic reactions to his meds, EVERYDAY, and all they done was give him a Benedryl for it. No calling a doctor or taking him to a doctor. I will NEVER send either of my parents there for rehab again!!!

Residents are treated horribly here. I cant even begin to count on both hands how many times ive came in on 3rd shift and had to do complete bed changes on residents cause the CNAS arent doing their jobs correctly.. Also there are very disrespectful people here and i hope you never get sick cause they dont care they will fire you.. Worst place ive EVER worked in my life!!!

It's very clean & nice for a nursing home. The administrator and nurses are nice. My dad lives there & loves it there. He is happy with there services.
