I experienced Thatcher Brook twice. I can honestly say that they treat you like family. I didn’t have any problems while I was there with the staff. Both times I spent two months due to sepsis and also a broken hip and both times they treated me with Respect and Love. It was a very difficult time in my life being away from home and trying to heal. The facility saw to it that I was at home and comfortable. I also have a friend that she took her 95 year-old dad to be there as he recuperated and he had a pleasant experience there also. Thatcher Brook holds a dear spot in my heart. They made a bad time a good time the staff had me laughing and smiling daily. I can’t say enough about all of them. There are too many to remember by names. Lance the owner will see to it that your stay is comfortable and that your needs are met. Because of this experience, I give them five stars for excellence in making their place a home for others during a stay.Thank you Thatcher Brook! XO

I am very grateful for the staff. They took very good care of my grandpa Leroy. They kept my grandpa comfortable as he slipped away. You hear bad things about some places. This place is awesome with awesome staff. This place is a little smaller and more personal. The People being cared for is not just a number. Thanks Thatcher Brook. Tye

My mom, Sherlene Wood was just discharged from Thatcher Brook and even though she is very happy to be home, it was a great stay for her. The staff was very attentive and extremely supportive of my mom. We appreciate the staffs compassion and understanding with my mom, it made her stay, so much easier. Thank you all !!!

Thatcher Rehab. Is a well kept secret! They have all that you would ever need to rehabilitate. The occupational tharabists and the physical therapists All have a degree in their specialty. They know all that they need to rehabilitate you. These therapists do not leave you alone on a machine and forget you, day they work with you the whole time and suggest different Ways for Recovery. You will be amazed at Thatcher Brook Because it isn't like any Physical therapy you have ever been to. I think their secret is they care about people and want you to have the best experience while getting healed. Try it, you will never go any place else! Diane Child

I just spent 2 weeks at this facility. Clean, Friendly, and responsive.
The nursing staff listened well and did their best to take care of all concerns, they communicated with me when they could and couldn't do things and offered alternatives.
The personal care staff were professional and always had a smile. They were considerate of my beliefs and looked to make sure I was taken care of and informed.
The rooms are large and I was able to do the things that I needed to as I was in a wheelchair with a full leg cast.
I found the meals to be excellent and the portions to be the right size. They have a dining area if you are social or can eat in your room. They also have daily activities that you can participate in if you are so inclined.
The therapy area is geared to both patients who need basic movement therapy to more extensive therapy. I had a little trouble being on the same page with them at times, as we seemed to have different goals, but overall they did a good job.
The Director of Thatcher Brook is very personable and made sure that we were on the same page for my needs as well as my future needs in one-to-one communication and it was very much appreciated.
Lastly, I found the entire staff to be friendly with each other and considerate of their responsibilities helping out where they were needed even if it wasn't their responsibility. It makes a difference!

My mom was virtually on her death bed 30 days ago. With a kidney function of 2 (keep in mind, anything less than 20 usually means dialysis). She couldn’t stand, walk, use the bathroom, or even lift her arms. 30 days later her kidney function is 28, she’s enjoying life again, standing and walking with assistance, and using her arms. The staff at Thatcher Brook are angels. They treat my mom with so much patience, respect and love, it’s not like anything we’ve ever seen before. She’s been in and out of assisted living facilities, hospitals and SNF’s so we know good care from bad, and Thatcher Brook is exceptional. I honestly don’t know how they’ve been able to get my mom to this point in such a short amount of time. They are literally life savers.

My husband's grandparents were both at Thatcher Brook after hospital stays and were able to recover quickly because of the therapy. I work here now and I absolutely love the team here. We all communicate and work well together to keep a positive air on the facility.

This place was amazing with our mother.They truly showed so much compassion and love. Mom wanted to leave another place we had her at bc she didn’t like it at all there. But Thatcher Brook was wonderful!!!! THANK YOU THATCHER we will recommend this facility to everyone. We love you guys!!!
