My at home sleep study was very easy to use. The equipment came with very easy to follow instructions. Details to download the app associated with the equipment were easily found and installed. After performing three nights, I simply placed the equipment back in the provided box, sealed it up and fixed the prepaid return label onto the box. Dropped it off at the USPS and it was delivered back within a few days.

I was told I had to provide my credit card number and that I would not be charged or a hold placed on my account. As soon as I entered my info I was charged 242 dollars now no response on the phone or email of instant message, once they lie and steal your money you will never hear from them again. Run find another provider!

While they are friendly. They never mentioned to.me a co-pay or the cost of the overnight 02 monitor. Just called and said the doctor would like you to wear it. I would have declined if they told me the cost. I will no longer use them because of the lack of being upfront and honest.

It was very easy to use but because I have sleep apnea (new insurance and sleep study was a long time ago) I couldn’t use my cpap and I use sound therapy to help me go to sleep and I wasn’t able to use that either. So the next day sucked like I knew it would

DO NOT AGREE TO USE THIS COMPANY. Ask your doctor for a different home sleep study. Call a sleep doctor for help. This company is not good.
