My wife and I have been patients of Dr. Terrery since the mid-2000s. He is a great dentist who surrounds himself with excellent dental assistants, hygienists, and office personnel. Shirley and Shannon are thorough and personable hygienists. Stacy is the best Dental Assistant you could ask for. Terrery Dental’s new offices are bright, comfortable, and spacious. We highly recommend you call Terrery Dental.

Dentist came in and barely even introduced himself. Didn’t give time to even get a little numb before he shot me with the needle heard me in pain and they did another one and then refused to treat me because I screamed in pain and touched his arm. He has no bed side manors, literally felt like animal being worked on. Not a piece of empathy or caring from that man. He didn’t even push the chair back, put his two fingers on my top front teeth to open my mouth like I was dog. So rough. I have never been handled by a dentist this way. It’s too bad I didn’t see the bad reviews about him before he is super rough. Front desk was always nice with me but I can see the girls rolling their eyes and talking bad about patients right front of the waiting room. You would think with their new state of art facility they can handle patients who are scared or in pain.

THIS DENTIST OFFICE IS THE WORST! They take your money and dismiss you when u have concerns and send letters out that will no longer treat you and you should find another dentist. They do horrible work and back each other up including the managers! They also do work that is unnecessary just to bill your insurance just to hit bonuses. BE CAREFUL!!! It’s so bad that they will try everything as far as to post false reviews and try to delete the real ones to get business.. don’t believe me try them and u will regret it.

Terrery is a Great Dental Service. They have very good customer service skills and the dental assistants are awesome. Been going to them for a few years and they have the most thorough and gentle assistants that have ever worked with me. Great dentist to visit if you ever need one.

Love how my review is no longer visible. Hahaha, they can't take accountability or the truth even here. Saying this again, Do not go here. They are absolutely the worst office. The receptionists are so disrespectful and have terrible attitudes. From an anonymous source I was told they talk very poor about their patients! The dentist is also a weird man. He is very rough and he did not treat me well at all during every encounter we have had. He is so rude and dismissive about your problems in your teeth. It makes me sick. YOUR OFFICE NEEDS TO TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY AND RESPONSIBILITY.

I mostly go to Terry dental twice a year for my regular cleanings, which are done by Dental hygienist Shannon. She does excellent work, is very kind gentle and makes the whole experience. Wonderful! Would not want to do it with any other dental hygienist!
