A friend gave me a recommendation to check out Justin's practice at Tensegrity. I've spent about four years trying to figure out a range of issues in my shoulder and neck that no one seemed to be able to get ahold of. I've now had two surgeries-one on my shoulder in 2022 and one on my neck in 2024-and I've been to countless physical therapists who have told me they know whats going on with my body, and have confidently treated symptoms. I've struggled trying to keep a positive attitude considering that about the first four therapists treated me for a shoulder injury, when in reality I was having radiating pain from trapped nerves in my neck. Justin from the getgo took a deep look at the structural aspects of my body, while also giving me an in-depth understanding of the movement patterns that I had formed to deal with the fact that God blessed me with the physical acumen of someone who comes from five generations of Irish alcoholics, and then dumped me onto a football field, and then a mountain bike and a surfboard with no real family history of acumen for any of those sorts of athletics. Justin has been patient and skilled at talking me through our game plan and keeping up with giving me in-depth videos to continue my treatment plan even though I'm in North Carolina for a few months and won't be able to get back to work with him until December. But he's given me a tool kit and an understanding of my body that have helped me make marked improvements in getting back on track that I haven't seen for years. On top of that, Justin's a super nice dude and a local guy. Went to all the public schools in San Rafael, from Sun Valley to Davidson to San Rafael High and has great stories and food recommendations if you want to tap into local san Rafael life. It's hard to make a living in Marin, and beyond the great work Justin does, it's an outright good thing to give business to a local family guy. Thanks Justin!

Justin is an outstanding physical therapist. He is a wonderful listener and tailors his exercises for you once he is clear on the problem. He also takes the time to explain his recommendations so you understand the process. He doesn't hesitate to alter your regimen if it isn't providing the desired results. He is kind and caring and extremely knowledgable. Highly recommend.
