Overall, I like the facility. It’s clean and safe.
However, I do wish they would enforce some kind of policy about blasting music/videos while in the waiting area. People need to just be quiet and respectful in waiting areas. You don’t know what someone else is going through and it’s not fair to be obnoxious just because you can be despite how it affects others.
I asked the receptionist to ask this old guy to please not play their videos loudly and she told me to finish my paperwork standing, away from the guy.
I was there because of my ankle. And yet she’d rather I stand on my injured ankle than tell the other patient to be quiet and respectful.
It was pretty annoying and disappointing because I have sensory overload difficulties and needed to sit for my ankle’s health, and there’s no reason that old guy needed to be obnoxiously loud for his health. Yet he was the priority to the receptionist.
