The staff at Team Rehab in the Falls are excellent in their abilities to help those in need. I have had an issue with my knee and have had all of the licensed therapists work with me. I learned many things to do myself from them and appreciate all the info shared. I do miss their hands on work on my knee. Each therapist has their own approach to you so you do get the experience of seeing the methodologies applied in their style. I like that a lot.

I have never met in any establishment, a friendlier staff. Everyone is so warm and welcoming and professional! Ben Is amazing! He listens to you and allows you to have a say in your treatment plan. Also, he’s very knowledgeable and always willing to share his knowledge with you, answering any questions you might have.

My physical therapist, Rebecca Schommer, and the rest of the team that assisted her provide excellent care and rehabilitation. They were very attentive to how I was feeling and to what extent they could help me progress from the pain I walked in with to complete mobility and pain-free movement and exercise. I had a back injury and could barely walk on my first visit. The treatment they provided reduced my pain considerably and made me much more mobile within the first few days. They got me on a great stretching, warmup, and exercise routine that honestly has my back feeling better than it has in years! All of the staff and not only superior professionals, but super friendly.

Currently 4 weeks into a 6 month or so rehab on my rotator cuff surgery at the Menomonee Falls location. The Therapists and Assistants, several of which I have already worked with have displayed a unified front driven by a strong culture. They are dedicated to my full shoulder recovery utilizing proven therapy methods, strong listening skills, a truly compassionate approach that should be effective for all ages and PT disciplines. Someone has done an awesome job through professional staffing, process development and patient/client case management. People come and go from all organizations however, I would be remiss if I did not call out Casey, Grace, Becca, Ben and Shayla. I am absolutely convinced the Team will push me to achieve my goals. As a senior it is truly refreshing to work with these young professionals, 40+ years junior, that are daily dedicated to my personal success. Feeling very fortunate to have selected this location. This is the best rehab facility. They take excellent care of my mother for her stroke injury and previously for her broken arm. They nurse her back wonderfully and with Love! Now they are treating my father for his vertigo. Casey, Collin, Ben, Nathen ,Ashley and the Staffs are the BEST!

I actually enjoy going to physical therapy because all of the staff and their clients are so supportive! It feels like everyone is cheering you on to be the best version of yourself! The PTs are also extremely knowledgeable and professional as well! I highly recommend everyone to try them out! They’re the best!
