Called to make and appointment on short notice on a weekend and was called back the next day to schedule. Staff was helpful at getting me in quickly for the initial visit to assess getting my wisdom teeth pulled. During that first visit I noticed the office is very clean and Irma was really great about explaining everything involved and answering my questions about what I would experience during and after the surgery. Sara was pleasant and helpful with navigating my insurance, explaining what would and wouldn’t be covered, and scheduling the surgery. Came in early on a Monday morning for my surgery and the office was right on time with getting me in. Dr. Tarsitano definitely has a lot of experience and knowledge in this field. He communicates directly and quickly with his staff so that the procedures go as planned. I had two wisdom teeth removed during the surgery and the team completely removed both of them without leaving any root. There was a minor complication during the process that was quickly overcome by Dr. Tarsitano’s quick and wise action with the support of his team. Initially I refused the prescription that was offered for pain management, but after the surgery I asked if I could change my mind on that decision and the assistant was very helpful in making sure I left with the prescription ready to be picked up at the pharmacy near by.

I see why people leave the reviews they do and my response to them is this, you get what you give. I came in with a positive attitude and spoke respectfully and was met with that same sentiment.

Thank you to the Doctor and the whole staff for helping me maintain my oral health!

Dr. Tarsitano Ben damaged the teeth during a wisdom tooth removal. Now, I have to consider removing more teeth due to his fault as the damage now is causing other teeth to decay. Please don't go with this Doctor as he will change your life for the worst!

Had my 4 wisdom teeth extracted, very unsatisfied with the service. The ladies at the front desk seem nice enough, however a bit incompetent. Upon trying to call the day after regarding concerns, I was told that everybody who works in the office was late and they were not yet open when they should be (person who answered the phone was an answering service). The ladies at front also told me that I couldn't do a payment plan, and that they only do payment plans if your co pay is over $800, which was very inconvenient.

After the surgery, the doctor came into the waiting room where my escort was and didn't acknowledge her or tell her how it went, instead opting to joke around with the front desk and talk about movies.

the nurse then came out and said that the bleeding should stop within a couple of hours. It didn't, so we called and they told us to come back, but that they may not be able to help as at that point the doctor was about to leave and would not stay any later. We got there, and the nurse checked it out and went to get the surgeon to check, too, but he didn't. He just acknowledged he worked on me earlier that day and told me he thought everything was fine.

Throughout the day, stitches in the left side of my mouth felt like they were lose, and upon checking, the stitch wasn't fully sown up, leaving an open wound in my mouth. I called the morning after, and they told us that the stitches were supposed to dissolve after 24 hours and up to ten days (my stitches made it a whole 6 hours before becoming more undone).

The one saving grace about this place is the nurse. I'm bad with names, so i don't remember hers, but she helped me get back into my car, checked the bleeding when I came back, and was overall very helpful and pleasant.

TLDR: Stay away from this place. The surgeon is rude and looking over the other reviews, it honestly sounds like I got lucky that my experience wasn't any worse.

Office needs to be investigated and/or shut down. I'm pretty sure every positive review here is by the staff or someone they've paid. My partner just had their wisdom teeth pulled yesterday morning and they have no intention of a follow up to check on the stitches or to show how to clean the wounds. They gave a horrible after care instructions sheet. It is very obvious they do not care about their patients. Just the money they get paid. The doctor was also rude and belittling. Not just with the patient, but with the nurses as well.

Called to have my twins wisdom teeth extracted. They informed me we had a few missed appointments and they won’t see anyone from my family. This was a few years back when my twins were not doing well mentally. Sarah the patient manager was very rude from the get go. I tried explaining to her why the appointments were missed. I asked for a recap of our “missed” appointments because I honestly don’t remember. She said it didn’t matter and she wouldn’t give me the info. Dr. T. has been wonderful when I have gone to him in the past with 3 other children. as for his office personal they have always been rude. Not the kind of practice I want to use again anyway.

I was trying to inquire and specify information for my disabled military veteran husband with PTSD. We have limited transportation, and I work, so my husband cares for our children.

When the front desk asked me if my husband could come in early, and I responded no since I would need to be there and could not get off work sooner, I inquired if he would be able to drive himself after being treated and medicated, and the the lady laughed and responded that it sounds like a personal problem.

I also informed her that we have a service animal, and the reaction was that regardless if our animal is a service animal, the doctor is allergic and we are not allowed to bring our animal into the office.

We have done our best to inform the office my husband has exposed bone in his mouth and has been medicated for a week already. It has been difficult due to scheduling on our part, and It has been a stressful process.

It is rude and disrespectful that personnel feel it is their place to share personal opinions, albeit we have limited resources and availability. My husband did not serve this country to be treated with contempt.

Today I had a very difficult molar removed by Dr. Tarsitano. He showed great skill and his bedside manner is very agreeable to me. During the worst part of the procedure, he told me a story about some travels he took, and I forgot all about what we were doing. That is a skill, that is uncommon these days. Dr. Tarsitano staff was very nice very clean and professional. Give them five stars. Thank you, Dr. Tarsitano, and staff. I’m very impressed.

I don’t leave reviews very often, If I could I would not even give one star for how unprofessional this office seemed. [My boyfriend went in for wisdom tooth extraction, was told by other dental offices he would need to be sedated. (But without insurance this office offered the best price for what we could afford at the moment) They did not call to confirm our appointment, nor did they give any instruction or information on what the procedure would entail. Once they did the procedure my boyfriend said, “they were really brute, it felt like a car mechanic, not a dentist, was working on my mouth.” Was prescribed pain meds that did not do anything, called to see what they would offer, a lady answered who told him, take ibuprofen and mange the pain on your own] the staff was just very unprofessional overall, but I guess is true what they say YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR, OUR ADVICE TO ANYONE NEEDING WORK PAY A LITTLE MORE AND GO ELSE WHERE YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT (Irma H on the other hand was very helpfully and very kind and also very informative-we appreciated her care over everyone)
