This is one of the worst dentist office I have been to. The receptionist or father whoever he is never answers the phone or returns calls specially when it’s important. I shouldn’t have to drive over there just to get an answer as to what they can do for my serve tooth pain. Ridiculous

I highly recommend the suseks they're friendly and do a great job. I've been going to dr Ryan for 3 years and have had a lot of work done and wouldn't go anywhere else. My spouse sees dr lauren and has been going to her for 2 years he's also had a lot of work done and never had a complaint. The only thing is they're hard to contact and you'll never get a call back but that has nothing to do with the dentists..

James Susek messed my teeth up so bad I now need dentures! Instead of cleaning my teeth, he was sanding them!! Therefore he was taking enamel AWAY! He should NOT belong in any practices!! And I guarantee he has, is and will do this to other people! Beware of this guy!

When I first arrived at Dr. Sussex, I had my x-rays taken on my teeth. Yes, I had about two cavities all of a sudden every single week I came in more teeth were being drilled, one after another after another after another, which caused breakage in my teeth, and I end up, eventually having to get a bridge or crown whatever so she said that she was going to examine me and put, the mold in for the bridge but every time I came back, she wanted to draw more teeth until she ran out of teeth to drill and then all of a sudden she wouldn't see me no more because I end up missing an appointment and said that I missed too many appointments so she would no longer see me I think she drilled all my teeth literally to make money off my insurance. It doesn't make any sense why every single tooth in my mouth had to be drilled and cavities were there there's no reason whatsoever I've never had cavities like that before in my life and I kept saying it doesn't make sense, and she kept on saying that I had a cavity in there I don't believe that there was , she caused more breakage in my teeth. I had a chip in the front tooth that she asked her to put a temporary filling on it so that I look normal it's sell out literally the next day I came back and asked her to do it again and she refused. She said she would no longer do it because I had to get a crown. However, my insurance didn't take it and it was $950 and I didn't have it to do it right away so she let me walking around with a chip on my tooth because she refused to do it for me . I do not recommend her to anyone whatsoever. I think she's just trying to make money off of it, your insurance or your pockets whatever I don't believe anything that she says she's not played at all. She doesn't have any type of personality. Do not see this dentist if you want to save your teeth, do not see her. .!!!!!!! Also, she did this to somebody else I know, and the other person that was coming with me she had drilled most of her teeth as well. It doesn't make any sense.

Horrible experience. They never answer. Had to find a new dentist then he decides to call me back a month later after calling and calling and calling from different numbers. Office isn’t that clean either and staff is very rude. Told them I was allergic to something and they prescribed it anyway. Just so unprofessional. Don’t recommend.

Dr. Ryan J. Susek is the most caring and the most accomplished Dentist I have ever had give me a check-up. He is very compassionate and very experienced. The entire staff is friendly and helpful.

If I could give them no stars I would I would not reccomend this place at all!!! They never answer the phone i have left several voice mails my husband went to them in april and they found a cracked toothe that needed to be pulled and gave him antibiotics well here we are 5 months later and the referred oral surgeon put him on the schedule for july of next year. Which of course isnt there fault but now he is having jaw pain, earpain, and cheek. it is throbbing constantly we have done every home remedy on top of orajel. I called susek to get a more urgent referral and of course still doesn't answer the phone so I had to go up there then I was asked to be seated as if they couldn't have just talked to me then he wasnt doing anything. I tell him what's going and they refill the antibiotics but never sent out the urgent referral. Her I am calling again and NO ANSWER!!! I have to once again go up there to make get this done. if I have to fax it over myself I will but worst office ever!!!
