I am posting and translating the below on behalf of my mom who speaks Spanish:

The dentist is rude, condescending and rough in handling the treatment. I am a senior and just when in today for a cleaning, examination and x-ray. Initially the dentist was over the top nice that she seemed disingenuous. She recommended that I get a filling (which I got), and that I replace my dentures. When I told her I would not replace my dentures (both because they are relatively new - just 2 years old, and because it was too expensive to replace them just because), she became visibly upset and her mood changed immediately. She stopped speaking to me, when I told her I needed a Kleenex to see if I had blood and dab it off from my lip after the filling she told me "of course you have blood, it's a cleaning." And she did not give me a Kleenex. I had to rummage through my purse for my own Kleenex. When I told her the filled tooth felt rough to my tongue and she retorted "I don't know what you are talking about. I didn't touch that." And then she told me, "I'm done" and walked away. I have trouble getting out of chairs and she left me there to figure out how to crawl out of the dental chair. I proceeded to the reception office and paid for the services. The dentist walked out and ignored me - didn't say good bye or even look at me. This has the worst treatment I've ever received from any dentist or medical practitioner. Find another dentist - one who will at minimum treat you like a patient and who won't throw a tantrum because you cannot afford cosmetic/aesthetic recommendations they make. I plan on reporting this dentist to the dental board and to the insurance plan. It was a horrible experience.

Terrible service. No point in appointment. I had to wait 1 hour to be seen only to be turned away because they needed a medical form. They couldn't call to tell me this? Then I was supposed to get deep cleaning and got a regular cleaning but paid for the deep cleaning and she hurt my tooth so bad I couldn't eat on right side for a month. Never again and would never recommend to anyone.

Avoid this place at all costs! The staff is awful, they were rude and the dentist is a swindler. I have a dentist friend who completely disagreed with the dentist at this location who wanted to give me a ton of fillings.
