My family recently toured this community for my grandfather and we were truly impressed. The staff was incredibly welcoming and kind, and the environment felt warm and inviting. Although my grandfather isn’t ready to move in yet, this facility is definitely at the top of our list for the future. I hesitated to complete this survey, hoping Sunrise would improve the situation—but it has not.

I am writing on behalf of a family member, whose experience at your Memory Care facility has been deeply disappointing. Despite assurances of Sunrise’s expertise in Memory Care, our experience has proven otherwise.

There are billing issues, lack of communication, and seemingly lack of proper training of it's caregivers.

The care my dad has been receiving has been wonderful. Roselle is one of his favorites. She greets him with a smile every morning and spreads joy whenever she is helping him. She is always happy to assist in any way she can. You can tell she takes great pride in taking care of the residents in her charge.

Our uncle has been an assisted living resident of Sunrise Senior Living Mission Viejo for five months now. We are pleased he has acclimated to Sunrise's residential living and is content and well cared for. He especially likes the weekly musical entertainment and good food. My sister and I appreciate Sunrise's leadership team's good communications regarding our uncle's health and day-to-day care. Last week our uncle celebrated his 100th birthday! Many thanks to all the the staff members who helped with the party arrangements, cupcakes, and balloons. The activity room was a perfect place for us to have a quality birthday party for him with friends and family. He really enjoyed his special day!
