i have to say after not being to the dentist in years & finally making a appointment with sumiton family dentistry it couldn’t be a better experience. they took extremely good care of me. very gentle & kind. they worked with my scheduling with the best of their ability. i enjoyed having Tonya work on my teeth with no fear whatsoever. i also wanna give credit to the front office for the amazing job they did! i highly recommend them & i know reviews mean everything. i give a 5 star out them!! thank you.

Dr. Thomson and all the staff are wonderful. I have a huge fear of the dentist and they have been so compassionate and understanding about it and they’re always willing to get you in for whatever you have going on. Thanks again for being Amazing no matter what it takes!!

I went in yesterday 9/23 as a walk in after tooth breakage, the staff was so kind and patient with me because of how much pain I was in, they were understanding and the dentist I saw was gentle and explained everything to me and after yesterday this will be my forever dentist. Thank you to the staff and the dentist for all of y’all’s hard work it did not go unnoticed ?

Way way over priced and was not impressed at all. I got all my top teeth fixed for what he wanted for just 1 tooth there. He wanted $10,000.00 + just to fix 4 teeth.?

Update…I’ve taken my son back several times and every time has been great! The front office workers are kind, the woman that cleaned his teeth was great, the dentist was nice, and his assistant is awesome. She sings her words like ? “open your mouth” ? lol.

I took my son for the 1st time today and it was a great experience. Everyone was super nice and helpful especially the ones working at the front desk.

Not only was the staff all over the place with scheduling and rescheduling multiple times, the lady on their phone is extremely rude and incompetent of customer service, scoffing at the patient over the phone when describing my pain and making rude, judgemental comments as if she were above me. Hopefully they can get their business in order and hire more professional office staff than what they presently have.
