Amazing experience taking my daughter to Matt for a soccer preseason quad strain. He was a great listener, had great attention to detail, and spent an entire hour working on her strained muscles and those around the strain. I loved that he spent so much time giving her things to do at home to recovery and stay healthy through her freshman soccer season. She finished out soccer camp week strong thanks to Dr. DiSanti and Steel City Spine and Sports. We will continue taking our family here for many years to come.

I would give Steel City Spine more stars if I could. Over many visits Dr. Disanti has helped me correct issues with back and neck pain and fatigue that would otherwise have impaired my ability to work and enjoy my life. I always say the most important thing for any professional is caring about the work they do, and this is a doc that really listens and wants to help you. His treatment is very fined-tuned to your needs and he starts right away asking questions and trying to pinpoint your exact issue. I've been to a few other chiropractors in the past that make you feel like just a number and talk more about your next visit than how they can help YOU. I would not hesitate for a moment to recommend his establishment to anyone looking for high quality care and helpful transparent communication.

Steel City Spine and Sports is amazing!! I came to Dr. Matt with a back issue from deadlifting that was so bad that I could hardly get in my vehicle to come see him… a few weeks of focused visits and a little bit of exercises at home, and Dr. Matt had me back on my feet, crushing workouts again at the gym! His hands-on technique and state-of-the-art equipment can get any athlete moving at their top level again. He took the time to work with me to understand my situation and needs and wasted no time in executing on my personalized plan. Now, he is my go-to for any maintenance - shoulder, hip, you name it.. Highly recommend!

Matt is AWESOME! He is insanely knowledgeable and performed an extremely thorough assessment. Instead of just treating my back pain and sending me out the door, he did an exam and intake to find the root cause of my pain and give me tools to go home with in order to to combat future issues. I would recommend him to anyone in the Pittsburgh area (athletes or just people looking to stay healthy) for their chiropractic needs.

Matt has helped me recover from an injury and keep my body right as I am lifting and doing manual labor daily. He is really personal with each and everyone of his customers and makes sure they leave the office happy and healthy. His office is very clean and has a very nice vibe to it. I would recommend everyone to him especially athletes who want to take their performance to the next level.

I have been treated by Matthew for over 5 years now and he has always been patient and professional. I have mild scoliosis that gives me problems at times and Matthew always spends the time needed to get me feeling great. He also has treated my wrist for years due to an old hockey injury. Dr Matt is absolutely amazing. Was experiencing debilitating pain every night due to an accident a year and a half ago that crushed a vertebra and broke 2 others. Never thought I could return to normal, but I am better than I have ever been
