It’s a very small town little clinic, serving the diverse need’s of a small town family practice, while still serving as an urgent care. That’s a hard world to juggle. They have been great for me in between being able to see my primary care doc. I’m particularly fond of Dr. Rodney Kerns. He seems very much like my PC.
My visits, and my husband’s visits have been remarkably quick but covered what needed covered. They are not for complicated chronic care , but great for all the small things in between. The only reason I can’t give them five stars is the limits the practice has for more complicated patients, but for what they are they have been great so far , from the sunshine disposition of the lady at the front desk to the keeping things on task doc. I absolutely recommend them.

If I could give a no star I would !!! Just want to say to you people that kill time there not work if you don't like your job just quit, the same place you clock in you also clock out!!!!! & be careful how you treat people it will come back on you sooner than you know !!!!!

These are some of the rudest women I’ve ever dealt with in a doctor’s office! Especially the Jernigan woman!! They made me feel like they didn’t want to even deal with me in the first place. They all had complete attitude problems! And when I called back this morning to get an excuse more attitude! I will never step foot back in this place. When Jeff Dixon was there everyone was kind and friendly!!! If you don’t like dealing with the public or sick people maybe you should find another occupation!!!

Hunter is lazy and will just throw a pill at something. They lie about sending referrals and will make up any excuse not to run simple tests while letting patients suffer

Sheryl Jernigan came in the room, had her lips turn up no smile, with a attitude before 9 o’clock in the morning. I would not recommend this facility. If you do go, request the male Dr.

The WORST medical care I’ve ever experienced! When I went back the nurse was annoyed the second she stepped in the room. The only nice person I spoke to was the lady that took my weight and walked me to the room in the back.
If y’all hate your job so much, LEAVE IT.
People who are in pain don’t want to deal with irritated people who only want to refer them elsewhere. Your medical staff is a joke and you’re nothing but a bandaid station.

The Nurse Practitioner and techs in the back are the only reason I give this place any stars. They were extremely nice and took care of what I needed. On the other hand, the ladies that work the front are incredibly rude and do not give you the time of day.

Dr. Kreutzmann is very friendly and knowledgeable, the visit was respectful and considerate. I have also known Hunter Clark. The rest of the staff are friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this clinic for healthcare and more....
