Rooms were a little wonky the way they were built, slanted floors and some patchwork such. But that kind of stuff doesn't bother me, but my blue collar husband couldnt stop talking about it ?The rooms themselves were very clean and cozy! Staff were all very cool and kind, location was great for walking along to shops and Cafes and right next to Bearizona! I'd definitely stay here again.

The staff here is great and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great! The location is perfect, right next to all of the shops on Route 66.
Definitely recommend, even with your pet! We will definitely be staying here again when we visit Williams!

We stayed here 2 times. Older motel but everything is updated. Modern tile in shower and bathroom floors. Really tall shower. Super comfy beds and pillows. Clean. No bugs. AC worked great in the heat and heater was great when it was cold on our first trip. Fridge, microwave and in room coffee. Cannot beat this for the price.

Based ourselves here for 2 nights for our south rim Grand Canyon visit. Being an easy 45 minute drive away, Williams is such a wonderful and interesting place to stay, rest, explore and enjoy! Plenty of shops, restaruants and 'vibe'. Highly recommend staying there and would do so again. The Star Hotel Route 66 is one of many hotels lining the two one way main streets of Williams, and has probably seen better days. Our room had 2 rooms with 2 queen beds. It was large enough but the second room had no windows so couldn't help but feel a bit dark. Thought it was a bit pricey for what it was but I guess we chose it because it fit our budget. If staying again I would probably look a bit harder and spend a little more. It was safe, beds were comfortable, plenty of parking, great location to walk around everywhere. Staff were friendly.

Not clean. Towels, we asked for extra and they gave us one ... and, they white towels are gray. Filter on A/C heater was horribly dirty. Carpet well, I kept my shoes on. If you can afford it, stay in a major chain.

Rooms have been upgraded some time ago and are pretty nice. But for some incomprehensible reason they kept in part of the worn out carpet on the floor. Still, very good alternative in the middle of town

Gracious hosts with friendly and attentive staff. This isn’t one of the big chain hotels. It is a nice, family owned roadside motel at an affordable price. No, there isn’t a hot tub. And yes, the rooms are small. But that is exactly what this is supposed to be. The rooms are clean and fairly priced and the location is perfect. We will stay here again.
