The constant switching of doctors is exhausting. You have to be your own advocate 100% if you want proper medical treatment. I’ve been trying to manage injuries from a car accident for over three years and it’s just messy. Begging for referrals, tests, paperwork, etc. Office staff and everyone is really nice though.

The doctors are wonderful once you get in to see them. However the follow up is horrible. A STAT test is ordered and there is ZERO follow up phone call or communication from the office. I had to wait 27 min on hold and repeat my information 3 times before the receptionist even understood what I was calling about. It is now 5 days AFTER the STAT test and I have still not heard about the results. I understand the medical world is upside-down but, simple follow though is the most basic of care.

24hrs later....no return call from the office.

Dr Tu Le is one of the best doctors I've seen throughout my life experience. He really listens with sincere compassion, and acts with utmost professionalism.

Difficult to manage medications with. Good doctors and staff, but I feel this practice lacks proper systemization. 128+ hours to improperly fill an emergency medication is too long. 6 messages, 8 phone calls, 1 prescription cancellation. Again, I like all of the staff but they often feel overwhelmed.

Scheduled appointment for 10am, I am still waiting to be seen by the doctor. This wait has now turn into a 50min wait. I had to ask the receptionist what’s going on. Not great customer service. If I didn’t have a cough, I would have left long ago and went to an urgent care. I don’t like this type of service. Since they changed their name they went down hill with customer service. Deplorable!

A newly administered drug medication was given at the lowest dose and used for a full week. In spite of the urgency I communicated that the heart medication dosage needed to be increased, Star Wellness provided poor unresponsive care . On staff physician never got back to me even after my own call back that provided them with a weeks worth of elevated blood pressure readings, that were taken at different interval.

We’re going to a different practice.

Lynn Phillips is wonderful. Hold time when calling is ALWAYS horrible. Always at least twenty minutes and more times than not am proceeded to hold a second time trying to make appointment. Considering switching to somewhere that is easily accessible.
