Absolutely phenomenal experience at St. Mary Center for Rehabilitation & Healthcare! From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with warmth, kindness, and a level of care that goes above and beyond anything you could imagine. The staff? INCREDIBLE. So friendly, so attentive, and genuinely invested in every resident's well-being. The place is spotless—immaculately clean, beautifully maintained, and filled with a positive, uplifting energy. It doesn’t just feel like a nursing home—it feels like family. I can’t recommend this place enough. Truly one of the most amazing, heartwarming experiences I’ve ever had. A+++ all around!

I worked in the industry and have seen a lot of good homes and bad, and St. Mary’s is definitely one of the good ones. I can’t say enough good things about the Admission Director Aaron, who walked us through the facility every day of the weekend, and then was there the next day for move in. I don’t know if the man lives there, but he was there every time we needed him, and made this transition so much easier and quicker than we ever expected. The Director of Nursing, Rebecca was also very accommodating of our unique situation and is personally taking care of our parents individual needs, as well as their needs as a couple. With dad in assisted living and mom in the nursing and rehabilitation center, we were skeptical that we could find a place that would work for them both, but Aaron and Rebecca made it happen so fast, we’re amazed. Also, can’t leave out mom’s nurse, Dawn, who is very friendly and also very accommodating of dad spending all of his time in her unit, even though he doesn’t need to be there, except that he “needs” to be with mom. We’re hopeful that Tori will get mom up and moving well enough that she can join dad in an assisted living room that they can share.

I have lived here for not quite a year now and am very impressed. Having been a Hospital, Nursing Home, and Corrections Chaplain in the State of New York for a little over 11 years, I have had the opportunity to visit many of the same types of facilities. St. Mary far surpasses any of my previous experiences in similar facilities.

My dad has been here for almost 6 weeks! So far, so good! I was sad that he had to go to the hospital for five nights, but he seems to be improving now that he’s back!

My dad just recently became a resident at St. Mary. I need more time to properly provide a review since I am still becoming acquainted with the the facility and the staff.
I would like to, however, leave a review regarding the admission director, Aaron. He has been such a fantastic help from the moment my mom visited the facility for the first time. He has been consistently helpful, kind, and quick to respond to every request we made. My mom has been calling him weekly for help addressing different issues and the paperwork that had to be filed. Aaron has always helped her and never was too busy for her. Our family is grateful to Aaron.
I also met Dawn, one of my dad's nurses, when we were setting up his room. She was very responsive to our inquiries and concerns. I feel blessed to have her as my dad's nurse.

This is a follow up review after a year:
Dawn, one of my Dad's nurses, has been consistently wonderful. Whenever there was a concern or an issue, she always reached out to the family to keep us informed. One example: My dad had a complex dental issue. After I spoke with her, she immediately contacted the facility physician to address the problem the same day. Karen, the social worker, was also wonderful regarding this issue: she sent my inquiries and requests to the dental provider and also made sure the appointments were scheduled consistently.
My dad often speaks of the new administrator, Abe, and how he visits him and spends time with him routinely, which is amazing to me. I spoke to him in person (because he reached out to me first!) and I was truly impressed by his compassion and the desire to personally assist the residents.
My mom visits the facility often and she witnessed priests (St Mary church) visiting my dad, just to say "hello".
I have never met the nursing director, Joe. However, according to my mom he also is a very kind person and always eager to listen and speak to her whenever she visits St. Mary.

I am sad to say Aaron is no longer with St. Mary. Aaron was a great asset to St. Mary as he never failed to return my calls and addressed /resolved ALL of our concerns /requests.

St. Mary church just celebrated 100th anniversary. I would like to send my great big congrats and blessings!

I’m a local pastor and I’m often in nursing homes, visiting folks. I find St. Mary’s personnel to be professional, kind, and friendly. The facility is clean. No strong odors. I recommend.
