They were so kind & courteous I was able to schedule an appointment & see Dr. Fan Cheng on the same day I called! They helped me along the road to recovery due to a pesky cough with: ABOVE & BEYOND medical tests (like blood pressure & an acute questionnaire) a chest X-ray, breathing test, & medication!

My PCP is nice and is willing to work with me when I can actually get to see her. The office staff never answers the phone, making an appointment is next to impossible, and then when you do finally get one scheduled they cancel it last minute and reschedule you for a month later. It's a good thing the appointment is not for something serious like your health....

HORRIBLE PRACTICE!
****FIND A PLACE WITH DOCTORS AND STAFF WHO ACTUALLY CARE ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS!****
Save yourself a lot of stress and find a place that actually answers their phones, can get you in within a reasonable amount of time, and doesn't call you an hour before your appointment to cancel!!!

This year was the first time back in four years to get back under new insurance. Lot has changed in the office/staff. I was told by the admin here that my insurance was "covered" but this turned out to not be the case as they had not updated their coverage contracts list so instead of telling me they didn't know, they let me have two visits out of network. I don't think I need to explain why this is VERY BAD ($$$). I am now going elsewhere.

More recently though, there was a scheduled meeting with a nurse practitioner, and this was cancelled through the office. They called a primary number that is not in service and sent a post card that has not arrived yet. They had a backup number and did NOT call it. The party involved is handicapped and this presented MAJOR inconvenience. Major admin fail.

Really disappointed, as this was my primary care for a long time, and the former doctors and staff were great, but I wholeheartedly do not recommend this office.

Staff is nice. But man no one answers a phone there. One time I callerd for 2 hours and finally got to the point where leaving a message was only option. Just last Thursday I called and called. No answer. All I wanted was a fax number. Instead I had to go out of my way to drop off my paper work because no one would answer. I'm also an employee of the health network and this just isn't very professional.

If I could give this place negative stars, I would. This doctors office is absolutely terrible. First off, the front desk people are usually quite rude and have no idea what they’re doing. Second, all of the doctors seem to not care about their patients whatsoever. I was recently diagnosed with a chronic illness based on my blood levels. I had a blood test done by this office in 2019 and my blood levels were indicative of the chronic illness and i was NEVER INFORMED. 2 1/2 years ago and I was never notified? I could have been much better and not sick by now but because of their malpractice, I am now extremely sick and have a bunch of issues. I will never be returning to this place, they are awful and do not care about their patients. Please DO NOT go here!!!!

So this office have unethical unprofessional personal and doctor.
I made an appointment with this doctor office at 2pm. Day before received automated phone call from this office about appointment confirmation for 2:15pm. Okey, confirmed. I have arrived at 2:15 PM. Receptionist hanging on the phone about 10 minute. Now is 2:25. After that she filled out their computer system with my personal information, signatures, she charged my credit card for co-payment. here is another 20 minutes. She asked me have a seat and wait. 10 minute more passes. Now is 2:55. And they receptionist lady calls me and telling me that I late with my appointment and we have to reschedule it. Wait what ? I came at the time. exactly 2:15 pm which confirmed with automated phone confirmation system. Now she says oh, this automated phone system is not working properly. and SORRY . really ? that is it ? where is my fault here if you have broken system and unprofessional stuff ?
Eventually I figured out that the "doctor" fan cheng has wanted to reschedule it because she had some other plans.
So this is how unprofessional and disrespectful people they are.
Zero respect to your time and rights. I understand you don't have to graduate from Harvard to be highly educated personal or doctor but at least there are minor etiquette.
