BEWARE HE DOES NOT CARE. HE COULD KILL YOU.
Dr Kurucz is the Doctor I saw at St Luke's Anderson. This doctor tried to prescribe me Enbrel. After I received the medicine I went through its warnings and side effects. It highly suggested not to use if you are diabetic...it could kill you. So I contact Dr Kurucz office to inform them I will not take this med my life is to valuable. They call me back with Dr Kurucz's response of then there is nothing else he can do for me. "What a swell doctor following the Hippocratic oath"

I called to make an appointment in January for some issues I had and this location booked me at the Bone and Joint Institute in Quakertown (not rheumatology, which my doctor referred me to and I communicated to the receptionist.) My appointment in March came along in Quakertown and the awesome and kind receptionists let me know that I WAS NOT SUPPOSED TO BE SCHEDULED THERE and rebooked an appointment for me in Easton. Finally, I went to my appointment today (ALMOST TEN MONTHS LATER) and the doctor looked at my hands and said "there's nothing I can do right now, you have to come back in four months for a follow up and we'll see how you're doing then.." Okay, understandable; I'm completely okay with coming back. When I got to the front desk to reschedule, I requested Thursdays or Fridays due to my work schedule that is not flexible and then woman rudely huffed at me and said "we don't have any doctors that work those days. You need to take off of work or figure it out yourself. I don't know what to tell you." I can't understand how one of the biggest hospitals in Pennsylvania, across 3+ locations, does not have a rheumatologist that works on Thursdays or Fridays? It's not a weekend? I told the ladies that I'll look to see if Grandview or Lehigh Valley have any doctors those days and I thanked them for checking and the woman said "I don't know what to tell you. You probably can't get in with them either." Horrible experience just trying to get my arthritis checked out 🙁

It depends if they have the time to read your records from your past rheumatologist!! They don’t seem to have the answers. My last 3 fabulous rheumatologist, one world renowned, either retired or left the area. Dr McCullum was fabulous!!! I wish she had stayed, she understood all my rheumatologigical problems !!! Very bright physician Trying to find a good rheumatologist is exhausting when you are already sick

Poor coordination with the VA, and they don't seem to understand that people whose own immune system is killing them could never give them el'korunjas anyway.
But they have been a little more help than the VA

Very disappointed considering this is part of St.Luke’s. Department is very dismissive of patients symptoms before even being seen... I expected a better quality of care coming from st. Luke physicians
