I just can't say enough great things about this place. We had a same day procedure and they were absolutely fantastic! The nurses are beyond helpful and compassionate and the doctors are just wonderful. I highly recommend this facility for any of your same day surgery or procedures you may need. The facility is absolutely spotless and the staff is attentive and goes above and beyond to answer any questions that you might have, or feeling uncomfortable with.

Dr. Lareef, Tiffany, Rheena, Liz, Dr. Albander, Bethany, Dr. Fan, Jim (oncology and radiology) are outstanding, professional, and empathetic. Infusion center nurses and staff are great too, but expect to wait. 3 hours turns to 4+ hours guessing due to pharmacy.

When our physician left the group and I needed tl ne rescheduled with a different physician for my antidepressant refill (for Tourettes and depression) I was assured there wouldn't be a problem getting another refill before my reschediked appointment. I cannot get a refill. I have called the main line almost every day mulitiple times for 9 or more business days and it is busy every time. The pharmacy faxed a refill request 6 days ago and have not received a response. Switching back to a private practice asap.

A lot of the staff here are nasty. Not all of them but it oozes negative vibes from the entrance. Teach your employees some compassion if they are going to be working with the sick and elderly
