Reviews and Opinions

With 22 reviews on Google My Business, this company has an average rating of 3.4/5. Patients appreciate the clinic's convenient location and friendly staff, as well as the thoroughness of the healthcare providers. However, some patients have mentioned waiting times and difficulty with appointment scheduling as areas for improvement.

One satisfied patient shared their experience with Dr. Zhao, stating, 'I had a great first visit here with Dr. Zhao. I arrived at 8:45am for a 9am appointment. I was able to self check-in, although there were friendly receptionists ready to assist if needed. I was taken in for preliminary checks shortly after, and the Dr came in around 9:10am. She was very thorough and took her time with my concerns and learning about my medical/family history. I was out by 10am. I'd highly recommend booking here with Dr. Zhao.' This testimonial highlights the clinic's commitment to providing efficient, personalized care to its patients.

Please ASK & CHECK labwork prices & your insurance.
They charged 2968$ for labwork.
810$ after insurance. (I have United Healthcare insurance).

Itemized Bill: (see the picture)
Checking Vitamin D: 531$.
Checking Ferritin: 446$
etc...

In 10 years of being in the US, I have never encountered these inflated prices. When I asked why the prices are so high, response :
"The total billed charges in the amount of $2968.00 is the industry standard insurance rate for the blood tests performed on 01/27/25. "

Location does not have automatic door access for people with walkers, wheelchair or other disabilities. Trying to access the location without the automatic doors can be dangerous for disabled or those on a walker attempting to manually open the door. This location needs handicap door access please

I have been a patient at this office for over a year and, unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. Despite voicing my concerns and needs, I felt that Dr Christina Spoleti did not listen to me at all. It was clear that my issues were not taken seriously, and I felt dismissed and ignored. Additionally, I believe there may be racial bias at play, as I was refused medication that I genuinely needed. Instead, I was given a long list of steps to follow, placed on a six-month waitlist, and asked to email my report cards from kindergarten through my senior year before Dr Spoleti would even consider medicating me. When I sent them in, Dr Spoleti claimed she never received them, despite me using the email address she provided. Meanwhile, I know white people with the same issues as me who were listened to and treated after just one appointment at this same office. Im sitting here crying as I write this. I am a 19 yr old girl and trying to advocate for myself and being treated like garbage from this doctors office & Dr Christina Spoleti simply because the color of my skin. This entire experience has caused immense stress and havoc in my life, with constant back-and-forth communication and not being listened to. It has been incredibly frustrating and a complete waste of my time. I would not recommend this office to anyone seeking compassionate and attentive medical care.

My PCP Dr Gaines, who seemed pretty decent.

A couple weeks or so after my appointment I needed to see a dermatologist. I called in and asked for a referral. They said I might not even need a referral, and Dr. Gaines might be able to help me out instead . They said they'd talk to him and call me back.

They never called me back, and I ended up moving out of the area soon after for an internship.

I am now dealing with much worse issues because I never had that appointment.

I'm screwed now. I would recommend avoiding them. Now my issues are worse and I'll be paying out of pocket. If I could give them zero stars I would.

Everyone I have dealt with at the office has been wonderful. Dr. Reyes is unlike any other doctor we have dealt with in the area. She is amazing and I am so thankful we have found her. She truly listens to us but I also feel she tells us like it is. I have shared my experiences with others and ended up recruiting my husband, sister and mother to all transfer to this practice and they each have had great experiences with Dr. Reyes. She will be one to follow for sure.

I needed to get a prescription for blood sugar testing strips since I am diabetic. I take metformin and Jardiance. About a week ago, I wrote to them about the test strips and I was told it was sent to CVS. When I went there they said that my designation was still pre diabetic and Medicare will not pay for the strips. Next day I wrote to them explaining the situation through my chart and ask them to change the designation of my illness from pre diabetic to diabetic. Went to CVS and they said the designation was still pre diabetic although they issued two more new prescriptions. This happens two more times, I go to CVS and they tell me the diagnosis has not been changed although they issued a new prescription. Finally, I went to their office and explained the situation, they apologized and gave me a printout and said it was fixed. I didn’t read the printout, drove to CVS and they told me the designation was still pre diabetic. I drove back to the doctors office and they without even any apologies, they said that it was the doctors fault.
I hope that office manager reads this and don’t let this happen to any patient. I went without my glucose testing for over a week because of the incompetence of this office staff.
I am still waiting for my correct prescription. .

All the doctors at that office are awesome. However, if you try to call in for information or to leave a message to your doctor, you hit a wall of rudeness. Ladies, we are not calling you for chick chat! Try to be polite, listen why we called in, and don't show an attitude. We understand that you sometimes have bad days. We have that too, even worst than you!
