I went to the pharmacy on the Anderson campus on August 6th, 2021, around 4 or 5 pm. There were 2 women who worked there. I had a child in my arms, I had to pick up medicine for her. They asked her name and said that they were preparing our medicines. After us, an elderly couple came. We have waited a long time. And finally, the order for a couple was ready, they had a large order, but we only have two. Even that couple was surprised that they were called before us. And even after that, I waited a long time, I was about to leave, it was hard to wait with a child in my arms. And finally she comes up and says that they do not have what we need, and can only give us only syrup, and then they did not have it, they only filled half the bottle. They told me to come another day. I was very angry. Why couldn't they just tell me that my order is not ready yet, that they are working on another order. They Could say that they did not have everything we needed and could offer so that I would not wait so long. It was very disappointing, I waited almost half an hour. They were very disrespectful.

Starting coming here due to a change in medication and insurance, and I have to say I will never come here again, the one pharmacist had such and attitude towards me when all I did was wanted to ask a-few questions, she sighed, rolled her eyes, and even ignored me as she stared at her computer, as I was calling my dr to send a refill, they told me that my dr had to call them that she wasn’t going to call, so as my dr called them they didn’t pick up and let it go to voicemail, after 20 minutes of waiting I asked if my dr got ahold of them, she said no we haven’t gotten any calls… “I heard the phone ring” so I called my dr and he explained to me that he called 20 minutes ago and left a message, so I let the pharmacist know that he called 20 minutes ago and left a message, she continued to do what she was doing for another 20 minutes before checking the message, I understand times get busy but alittle more kindness and respect goes a long way.

Place is busy, people are busy, its Pharmacy I call in my prescription then pick them up.. real simple!
