Staff will not return phone calls after multiple attempts at contact and leaving messages (having someone actually answer the phone is rare). When you're waiting for results and need the info to return to work, a wait of 3 days before finally connecting with someone is unacceptable. This situation of not having calls returned wasn't the first time. If results aren't available yet, have the courtesy to let the patient know, and let them know when they can be expected. They don't delay in billing you, though.
