My children have been seeing Dr. Prentice for years. Dr. Prentice is kind, patient, and great with the kids. He has conversations, explains everything, and is very efficient. Even though we moved a half an hour away, we still go back here.
The front desk has always been friendly and accommodating. I usually try to utilize the check in service on MyChart to make sure the process is quick and efficient. We are all pleased with our experience.

Update - they sent another referral! Guess what - it was not an insurance referral - it was a doctor to doctor referral! I wonder if their staff spends company time managing their health care. 3 wrong referrals. Shame on St Luke's!!!!

How many times can an office mess up referrals for one person? A LOT! So many hours of my life I will not get back because I have been on the phone trying to sort out referrals that were never sent to specialists.
Whatever St. Luke's has done to save money it isn't working!
If you call, plan to wait for a long time, get transferred around and not have a resolution.
Dr. Neha Rastogi, DO is great when you can get an appointment, but may have to find another doctor in another network!!!

I only leave two stars for this practice because Dr. Nagpal is my PCP and she's very kind, proactive and professional so I recommend her 100%.

My husband sees Dr. Blasi and he's nothing but snarky and punitive. This past weekend, Dr. Blasi held my husband's lifesaving medicine refill hostage because we owe him some screenshots of blood pressure readings, which are related to the aforementioned prescription in no way. It's not used for BP treatment at all. Rather than have a staff member follow up to assess and clarify, my husband went days without this medicine and was relieved only by the kindness of his pharmacy putting in an emergency refill that bridged him until Monday. He then received a snarky reply from the Dr's staff blaming us for not sending in the screenshots. This medicine is usually auto-filled without a need for follow-up so that alone is concerning. I've witnessed him be horrible to my husband on two occasions; he offers sarcastic, insensitive replies to true questions and does this to patients amid periods of health vulnerability. I have to advocate aggressively for him to receive basic, respectful medical care which should be a given. I plan to follow up with someone at a higher level and transfer my husband to a more professional practitioner because this is gravely concerning and just plain disappointing.

Avoid this doctor at all costs. He hates his job, especially on Mondays; he's admitted as much in appointments which is shameful and likely the reason we were treated like trash today. He will actually yell at you if you see him on a Monday afternoon.

Everyone in this facility have been absolutely wonderful to me and my husband! My husband is a generally healthy person but I have several medical issues that Dr. Ristogi (pardon if I misspell her name!) has helped with and has gotten diagnosed under her care! I absolutely love her and her kindness to her patients!

If I could give this place less stars I would. The receptionist was absolutely rude and condescending to my wife. She’s needed a referral for mental health services. She was had her appointments canceled twice for non issues. I will be contacting the ethics office of St. Luke’s. This place needs to be shut down.

I have been going to this location for the past 14 years. When I first started going they showed me expert and genuine care for me as a patient. Unfortunately in the past 7 years I can't remember feeling as though I was actually cared for. Typically I leave the building feeling I had ruined their day by ever thinking I needed medical attention for my severe bronchitis. Or on the four occasions I had to fill out forms to change my name so I could fill out prescriptions properly, which is actually still not changed making it difficult to change doctors in the first place. All in all Palmer family practice has never made me feel cared for or even comfortable being there.

Dr. Blasi is the best PCP I've ever had. He always takes his time with me (and my family, we all go to him) and has a great bed side manner. He's easy to get along with and truly cares about his patients. I wouldn't dream of seeing another PCP. He uses whatever is within his capabilities to make sure we are getting the best heath care possible. Kudos to St. Luke's for having such an amazing practitioner!

I have been seeing Nathan (PA) at the practice for various reasons this Fall. He is caring and attentive, he spends quality time discussing my issues and I never feel rushed to get out of there. The nurses and staff are also super nice. I can't even imagine why their ratings are so low, I think they're great (and believe me, I am picky!).
