This out of many visits by far the worst, I never take time to go in to leave reviews because I figure who really cares what I think, but what bothered me soo much from our visit today was the doctor. Our nurse she was wonderful but as for the doctor I am still surprised of her behavior. Short details I brought my brother in, I am also his legal guardian,he fell off a bike hurt his knee and hand pretty bad. One detail I gave her is that he has speech disabilities so it takes him a while to explain himself well. Well when he's being questioned I would help him at some points and she says to me and who are you so I explained again well she kept cleaning his wounds keeps questioning him same things he would answer sometimes different words then on his back somehow ended up getting hurt too, she starts stating that those wounds/scrapes don't add up to what he is saying... well kept on going out of nowhere is anything happening at home, where is your home do you feel safe at home is anyone hurting you at home... I totally get its her job to worry about their safety but there are ways to approach second of all maybe they don't add up in her head because again he has a hard time explaining things. Then she says but this doesn't look fresh but then has the nurse clean it and put ointment on the scrapes on the back that don't look fresh to her.. a couple of minutes later I want to examine him a little more but I need you to step out. You know what she did she started questioning him again made it seem like I was abusing him, I stepped outside and called my sister natural reaction as a mom/sister/family I started crying because here I was worried trying to do the best for him and approached me like this. Oh and my brother says while I called my sister and was crying outside the room she kept doing hand motions to the nurse like stating that what was wrong with me why would I be crying or so upset. I really don't get it still why she had to act this way because for one she knows he showed no signs of abuse, and second of all my brother has difficulties explaining and she wasn't taking the time to listen to what he was trying to say. Also I was there last week for a permit physical again nurse super nice but then male doctor walks in doesn't even introduce himself slams door and basically slams almost throwing his clipboard/ chart to the counter. Patients go to a facility where they need to feel cared for and respected but by far I wouldn't recommend for a primary care maybe not even checkups or any type of service. Don't recommend at all nurses are great both doctors I met instead of making a patient feel comfortable I truly believe its the complete opposite. Better off to just go to the emergency room

I really don't understand the 1 & 2 star reviews. I have never had anything but good experiences at this office. My entire family have been patients at one time or another and I always found them to be friendly and attentive. Many times, we have been saved a trip to the E.R. because they have extended hours (including the weekends) that have been a lifesaver to me. Ever have to take your kid to the emergency room because he got an ear infection or pink eye on a Sunday? It's awful and takes up the entire day. My husband had a tooth abscess once and the dentist couldn't see him. He was in agony. Redi-Care gave him antibiotics and pain meds until he could get to the dentist. I love this place and will continue to use them as my primary care physician.

Slow paced, wait time is ALWAYS over an hour. A dozen employees and yet no patients in the rooms but the wait room was filled to capacity. The doctors dont listen to you for more then 5 minutes. I brought my lil awhile ago because she had chicken pox and the doctor couldn't even diagnose her without having to take a picture and send to another doctor via text message. We're here today for a physical on my oldest. They made me come back, gave me the appointment time, sat for over an hour in the waiting room and when I was getting yp to leave, we get called back FINALLY. Been in doctor room 20 minutes, I'm thinking anotherm20 and they'll finally come in. Cant wait to leave. Calling and changing the pcp.

This place does not deserve the one star reviews it has recieved. My family has been coming here for a few years now when we need to be seen and it has always been a good experience. Yes, sometimes you have to wait, but what do you expect for a walk in service? They see patients on a first come, first serve basis. I’d rather wait and be seen here than wait hours and hours in an ER.

We have always seen CRNP’s and they have been great. Once you get back there the service is very quick. Everyone has been very kind and helpful. We have been to other walk in places, such as LVHN, and they have not been as good. My husband just went today to be seen and it took less than a half hour out of our day and he’s now officially on the mend. 🙂

This clinic is the best clinic I've ever found. Medical staffs, nurses an doctors at this clinic are kind and efficient and you don't have to wait a long ridiculous hours to seeing a doctor for 3 minutes like some other clinics or hospitals. Also, service fees are much reasonable compared to many other bigger and well known medical facilities that may you rip you off big time.

I hated to even give it a one star. Went yesterday for a lump under my arm. They put me on light duty at work due to the pain. After going back to work just to be told I needed papers to be filled out I went back to this joke of a place to be told they wanted to charge me 110 dollars just to fill out papers for my job. I told them I would not be able to work if they didn't fill them out but they didn't care. I told them then I need for the doctor to take me off of light duty and at first she was like sorry can't do that. However the doctor said it was ok. Stay far away from this place it's a joke and the wait was long. And they did nothing for me anyway. Was better off going to the ER.

I never give bad reviews, I’m a very patient person. I have seen Doctor Prasad about 6 times in between other doctors there for normal health issues (basic head colds etc) and every time he is the absolute worst! I leave him feeling irate because he doesn’t listen to what I’m saying and writes the prescription wrong so I have to sit at the pharmacy not feeling well for him to call back. I do NOT recommend ever seeing this doctor.

So I go here as a walk in only because my doctor wasn't in the office that day. I had a horrible cough and very lightheaded. I get seen by the "wanna be" doctor and he checks me out and told me I had allergies gave me a script for an inhaler, and steroids. Next day I got worse. I went to my real doctor here to find out I was wheezing when he was listening to my chest. Told my doctor I went here and he said you do not have allergies. My doctor nebulized me cuz my oxygen was so low for a 23 year old, and to help my cough than sent me to get an x ray of my chest to find out I had phenomena. These doctors at redi care do not care about you they just want your money. I will never ever go there again. It was a waste of my time and gas money.
