The staff at the office are absolutely sweet, friendly and helpful. Joey, the receptionist, is also a lactation consultant/nurse. She is professional and kind. Amanda, the medical assistant is also friendly, professional and resourceful. Dr. Nore is simply a sweetheart. She’s been practicing for several years, she has young children and understands the importance of working with individual parents to create the best treatment and care for their child. If you desire a place where your children will be given the best care and feel cared for then go visit!

Tried calling every single locations number to see if we could switch to this practice. Every call was redirected to the main line, which stated 41 minute wait time. If a kid is sick and needs an appt immediately they should have a real person in the front office ready to take the call, not a main number with an almost hour wait time. Crazy.

I had my baby in October and she had not been seen since by a pediatrician since November due to the facility being fully booked out. I had to wait until February for an appointment because there were no appts. My child was born premature and had stomach issues and colic and possibly a lactose intolerance. I went through multiple types of formulas and i needed advice guidance during these times because she was always gassy, grumpy, crying was not sleeping and was always irritable. She was straining so much from gas that her belly button started inflating like a baloon everytime she cried. February arrices and i went to this location for this prescheduled appt (I've never been here before) I got lost in another pediatric wing called women and babies Pavillion. I informed the woman at that unit the front desk staff at the women and babies. I tracked my baby in her stroller outside in the freezing cold to the other side of the campus. I figured getting back in the car to strap her in just to drive across the way would have made me more tardy. I arrived at the front desk of the 2202 building and explained my issue and all that i travailed that day with my sick infant. Front desk staff did not break eye contact from her computer while she told me my infant could not be seen. NO EXCEPTIONS. I asked if i could speak with a provider and was told that all the providers are busy and can't speak with me right now. Notable mention ...the waiting room was completely EMPTY! Remember we are talking about an infant here ! I took time off from work to complete this appt. This is a newer facility but front desk receptionists (two hispanics) are brutal, nonchalant, monotonous, and unfriendly! I called the pocono location and was scheduled to be seen the next day. I spoke with both a nurse and a doctor over the phone. If the attitude of the receptionist is any indication of the pptential quality of care provided from the doctors, I'd much rather utilize Google services for advise.

No appointments at 830am? These appointments should triaged. Now my daughter has to wait until Wednesday two days from today to be seen. She’s not even two years old. She is miserable!

I called at 8am and couldn’t get through for almost 40 minutes just to hear there was nothing left!

My only option is urgent care is what I was told. No thank you, I pay for insurance I should access to see a provider when my toddler is sick.

Completely dissatisfied as a mom who took her children here since they were a baby. They have no openings for my child nor will write a referall out for something she needs. She's in speech therapy who also says she needs a swallow study done because of her gag reflux issue which causes her to not be able to eat any solids and they can't write off on a referall. Booked two months out no thanks. I'll take my child somewhere where they will be seen and cared for because this facility is a joke!

The staff are friendly, caring, and helpful. We’re always taken back quickly. As a first time mom I always have concerns about my daughter, and my questions are always answered quickly through St. Luke’s my chart.

No one ever answers the phone. Your just on hold for 30 min or longer and then it hangs up on you. Tried calling multiple times! This always happens.
