I Love coming to this location. I get anxiety at times. They are very welcoming. Dr. BIAS is the best. The maneger (sorry forgot your name Love) of this location made sure I aways get seen by her. The staff in the front the front desk is always amiable. It means everything when you encounter friendly people when you get anxiety. I will always bring my Peppermint oil. Thank you to all.

Over an hour of waiting. They over book people and then have you waiting. If you know you only have one dentist don't over book. I saw people get denied for coming a few min late but we have to wait over an hour. If I could I would give negative stars. Please avoid this location unless you have time to waste. This is the worst dentist I have even been too . They need to reevaluate their organization. It's ridiculous..

on hold for an hour
also when they finally answer they put you on hold again to then click on you. 😡
They are always back up on appointment ... they see you 2hours after your appointment time ..

I HAVE BROKEN TEETH IN PAIN, AM WHEELCHAIR BOUND I GO TO ASK FOR HELP 1ST THE GATE WAS CLOSE FOR PARKING, SO I PARK IN THE STREET ON WILMINGTON BL CAR'S GOING FAST AM GETTING OUT ON DRIVER SIDE THE ONLY WAY. I SHOW MY ID MEDICAL & MEDICARE. BUT TOLD ME NO IF I HAD MONEY I WOULD PAY TO GET MY TEEH FIX.. WHAT HELP DID THEY TRY TO DO FOR ME OR TELL ME WERE TO GO NOTHING NOTHING. ALL I WANTED WAS HELP. Mala Atención...solo por llegar 15 a 30 minutos despues ya no lo atienden pero si uno llega a la hora indicada lo atienden despues de 1 a 2 horas.
