Best place I've ever worked. To elaborate this review is from a workers perspective, as a CT traveller I've seen hospitals from Cedars Sinai to UmC in Vegas and by far this place is the best I've worked in. From the Imaging management of Dwight and Clem to my CT team, I was honored to have worked here if even for a moment. The ED staff with whom I worked closely with from rns to mds it was a great team filled with positive and friendly vibes even for a guy just passing through. I hope to return if possible.

The doctor was very knowledgeable and thorough. He wanted to make sure that I was informed of my condition and how they were going to proceed. This was very reassuring. I had a total of four nurses. Two of them, Karen and Cristal were phenomenal! Very detailed, informative, professional and caring. The other two were dismissive and never came unless I requested something. The rest of the staff was also very polite with the exception of the person at the front desk entrance. My spouse as well as other family members who came to visit me all mentioned the person was very rude and curt. It’s a shame because they are the first person people see when they come to the hospital. They set the tone so it makes people believe that other staff members are rude and it’s not the case. Housekeeping needs to pay more attention to the restrooms. The room I stayed in had dry blood smeared on the wall and blood drops on the floor. I mentioned it to one of the housekeepers and she cleaned the wall but the blood on the floor stayed there the three days that I was there.

Amazing Hospital. The moment I was checked in by the admitting Department by Sharron I knew my experience would be great. Sharon has amazing Customer Service and made me feel super comfortable checking in for my appointments. Kuddos Sharon!

Marina (Ultrasound tech) was 10/10. Super professional and also Amazing Customer Service. I was done with labs and ultrasound in less than 1 hr. No unnecessary wait time. St. Francis has truly amazing Healthcare staff. Thank you so much for my experience.

Overall a great experience. I was admitted on Monday and was discharged on Thursday after having surgery. I enjoyed some of the nurses' attentiveness and kindness. I did feel my last nurse was not as caring, but nonetheless, I had a good experience.
I also loved having a priest say a prayer for me before my surgery. I really needed that and it brought me some tears.

The person who scheduled my appointment was very helpful. She was able to schedule me and gave me clear instructions on what I had to do when I showed up. The person who convinced me to schedule an appointment was the tech Theony. I was intimidated by the stories others shared regarding their experience, but that was not my case. After, I encouraged my coworkers to go get it done. Also I must say this area was so clean and organized. Go get your mammogram done at St Francis.

Horrible hospital. They get your results and still make you wait 4-5hours for a doctor to speak to you about them..
I got the results on my chart 20mins after the ultrasound but I need to speak to a doctor to understand them & the seriousness of my condition
I’ve been here since 2pm & it’s currently going to be 9pm

I recommend going to marina del Rey hospital instead. You’ll be out within 2hours

Went in the ER for trauma to my liver and spleen. Spent 2 days in ICU and 3 upstairs in a private room. Everybody was really nice. Cant say a bad word about the place. Thanks for the outstanding care.

My daughter was born in this hospital and I have nothing to say but excellent service. From the Begining through labor, delivery and NICU.
The staff there were very nice, understanding and did everything they could to make us feel comfortable.
