Dr. Shackleford is a Godsent and same for the staff! I highly recommend her as your primary care physician

Absolutely amazing! I don't usually have the best of times going to doctors, but Mrs. Shackelford and staff are amazing. Great people! I don't dread going, and used to avoid going to others.

Absolutely amazing help was received. I had gone to the WRMC Emergency Room and was treated so poorly. I will never return and do not recommend anyone visiting WRMC. The nurse at the Emergency Room at WRMC in Highland attempted to give me an injection of morphine which I'm highly allergic to as was stated in all my records. I will use St. Bernard's First Care for the remaining time I'm here in Arkansas. Highly recommended.

I treasure this clinic!!! We are so lucky to hwve St. Bernards here in our local community. I was treated with respect and kindness with a personal touch. This is a rare gem!!!
