I love Sprouts. Shopping there makes you feel like you are getting the best possible food when it comes to healthy whole foods. This one is good. They could clean up the parking lot a little bit better but other than that it is very nice. Nice customer service, short lines, fully stocked shelves.

Rude and kind of dishonest
Had two packages of blueberries on sale ($5 & $12). Cash register rang up both at $12. When we bought this over charging to their attention, not only where they rude and difficult but they clearly did not want to correct the issue (ie so they didn’t over charge the next customer).

The manager's attitude is absolutely horrible: I spent an hour putting together an order, left the cart at the checkout, and they took it apart and took the goods away. When I saw this and asked them to help me put the order back together to do it quickly, they just ran away in all directions.

My experience here at the store was not a good experience. I came across rude, employees and rude customers. I don’t know if your employees need to be retrained. But I did not feel welcome here. They were very rude and it made me feel uncomfortable. I got aggressive, feeling at the store and I will not be returning at all . I got fed up with the customer service here and I Ended up leaving my food on the floor and walking out and went to Trader Joe’s across the street The employees they are much nicer and they’re very accommodating to what I’m looking for. This was my first time purchasing at this location, and I did not like it .

I just went in and out for the first time ever.
Just got what I needed, olive oil, which they have a variety of it.
I had to hurry back home to make my spaghetti. The family was waiting. I'll check it out better next time.

I had the worst experience today at that store. I was told to buy the products in Amazon despite having them in store, in front of me and with a discount. Please hire adults and customer service oriented people that actually want their jobs, there's plenty of people out there, qualified to have this job and who will be thankful of having a paycheck. Sprouts is better than a couple of teenagers with an attitude that seem bothered with a customer question. This is ref:sea moss gel. I went to a different Sprouts, the one on Venice Blvd and had an extremely different experience. They helped, advised, apologized on behalf of a completely different store and I ended up buying way more stuff than what I initially planned to buy.
