If you want my honest opinion, I recommend this place for your therapies. They treated me with respect and kindness the whole time. The place is clean and they are always disinfecting each of the instruments that are used. This place helped me with my knee pain that was unbearable, now I can do many exercises that I couldn't before. 10/10 this place. 🤩👌

My physical therapy was for my left leg and knee. Jose was a great therapist and let me know what he was doing as he was doing it. Everyone else there that helped was very good about explaining what they were doing also. The exercises that I had to do there and the ones that I took home were easy to do and not stressful. I would recommend Southland Physical Therapy in Santa Ana to anyone.

They helped me with my miniscule injury and I was pleased with the staff and the work they did with and for me.
I would definitely recommend them and this location just expanded to twice the size which just made everything that much more comfortable.

Love everything about Southland Physical Therapy! Thank you, Dr. John Meyers & the whole staff, for helping me overcome my feet injuries. I started my therapy with little hopes of healing from continuous overuse of my feet from running. Plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendinitis, and peroneal tendinitis are all the issues I was dealing with.

Dr. Meyers pointed out that my feet were high arched, and that I needed new shoes. What a huge difference that has made with recovery! Other than that, Dr. Meyers knew exactly where my pains were, and has helped me tremendously to heal through massage, taping, exercises, and more. Every week we made such great progress, and I just successfully finished my last session this week.

The whole staff at Southland is so wonderful! They are all so helpful and friendly. I have enjoyed working with everyone there. The therapy exercises are ones I will be implementing into my exercise routine daily.

Injuries are no fun, especially when it sets you back from what you love to do. But I am so thankful to have found a place I can turn to, if I am ever in need of help with recovery. Thank you guys again so much for everything!

I've been to several physical therapy facilities in the past and never have I experienced such a great environment.
The front desk staff is incredibly friendly, the Aids are always super positive and encouraging. And Dr. John is a rare breed that clearly has your best interest in mind and a clear goal of getting you where you need to be and want to be.
I've never had an interaction with anyone here who seemed like they were just here to do a job. I always feel like they're passionate about what they do and almost more importantly, despite the fact they have numerous other patients, they make you feel like you're the only one there.
Finally I love the environment. It's bright and inviting, not over crowded and has an awesome view to enjoy during your treatment.
I'll always ask to go here in the future.

Southland PT is fantastic. Even with as busy as they are, I never have any issues with getting an appointment. The office is clean and the equipment is in good shape. The staff from the front desk, to the doctors, and the assistants are all friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable.

As a pain physician, I send pretty much all of my patients here and they all recover. It’s kind of incredible when they get better and they don’t even need an injection or procedure anymore. Incredible work here Dr. Jon Myers is awesome.
