These ppl have had chance after chance to provide the 15 hours of personal care services they SWORE they could provide. I was put in compromising situations on every single visit. From drama in the homelife, dangerous situations, to not being able to provide a meal of jello, to needing assistance finding a outlet in an empty room. Idk how their skilled care is, but they have ZERO ABILITY to provide Any regular service or adequate personnel care At ALL from the experience I suffered.
I'm making it my personal endeavor to provide real information to real consumers. Hope this helps keep ppl like me more safe. Fayetteville Arkansas God Bless!!

I wanted to reach out and let you know that I do Qualify for specialized care. optum's assessment scores qualied me bc my conditions. Shame on yall for not providing basic personal care as promised. You do not look out for the patient. I still need to know who to speak with about the deplorable circumstances I experienced with your care.
