Dear Dr. Segal, I would like to thank you for your work and your humanity. You are a sensitive doctor who has not lost such qualities as empathy and understanding. You are the doctor who helps people by vocation. Knowing that my father died of a heart attack at the age of 44, about the fact that I am a carrier of a mutated gene responsible for muscles, and after my complaint of chest pain and loss of consciousness, you carefully conducted all the tests. We, patients, while waiting for an appointment for 20-30 minutes, understand that you are not in a bar, but in a hospital and are saving another person's heart at this moment; you have devoted your life to helping us, forgetting to eat and relax. We appreciate it! You are not a God, but you are doing everything in your power, sacrificing your health! You are one of the doctors to whom I would like to say these words (there are 2 other doctors in Los Angeles who also burn for the sake of patients: Dr. Perry (neurosurgeon) and Dr. Lerner (gastroenterologist)). Knowing that there are such decent doctors in our deceitful time of heartless people, And feel better. Thank you for being a good person, who knows about the golden rule, and a good heart doctor!

Do not go to this place

I was denied entry and ended up in the ER across the street

they told the hospital it was because of the active shooter in the area
and
that everybody that was in there had already been inside of the facility

however the active shooter started around seven 7:30/7:40 this morning

they did not open until 8:30 and
security even was there on the outside with me and told them that I was a patient and had an appointment
and they still denied me entry but
told the hospital that I’m more than welcome to reschedule

I think I will just keep living with my heart problem and hope that I don’t croak
