I have received excellent care throughout my recovery after my bunion surgery on each feet (one foot had joint repair done, as well). My primary therapist, Brady, provided outstanding care and was very kind and knowledgeable. He helped me with each portion that I needed to work through. The other therapists, Cody & Justin, that helped me were all great as well. Ashley was always so sweet and kind when scheduling my appointments and making any necessary changes for me. I offer my highest recommendations of all the staff at the Leesport location.

Justin and his staff were amazing. My mother went in really struggling with an injury from a fall, Justin and his staff made her feel comfortable and confident about her recovery. After several sessions she is back to 100%, and ecstatic about her experience! South Mountain PT is the best in the business!!! Highly recommended!

Matt, Cindy, Kyle and Kim are awesome Pt’s they care so much on how I feel. I will definitely be back when I get my knee replacement. I feel so comfortable being there, they treat me like I was one of their own. Matt is phenomenal idk what he does but he always makes my knees feel so much better afterwards. He does this voodoo stuff on me lol!!! I appreciate the staff there even the older lady in the front desk that always greets me! Been letting my friends know about my experience there. Thank you so much for getting me through this tough time with my bad knees. A++++++++++++ Highly Recommended 💞

Attended to rehab a second shoulder dislocation. Goal was to avoid surgery and return to normal active lifestyle feeling stronger than before the dislocation. 100% met the goal. Really kind employees and positive energy at the facility. All around very pleasant experience.

I unexpectedly needed to have hip replacement surgery this summer, and I reached out to friends to ask for recommendations for PT during my recovery. I received a number of referrals for Justin and his team at South Mountain. I started just a few days after my surgery and immediately noticed positive results. I am an anxious person by nature, but Justin and his staff are so upbeat, positive, calming, and FUN - it's been such a pleasure to work with them. Weeks after my surgery, I'm back to doing most of the things I enjoy - and I have Justin, Brady, Cody, Colleen, and the rest of the South Mountain crew to thank for it! (Apologies if I left anyone out!) I will wholeheartedly refer family and friends to this office for any of their PT needs. Most importantly, in addition to being knowledgeable about their PT techniques, you can tell the South Mountain team truly cares about their patients.
