I want to give this place 3 stars; cleanliness, tidy, excellent services for patients like me. But, I had couple issues that I didn't feel satisfied that is: no bathroom for female and male separately. The last thing is the room's little space for patients that makes me feel uncomfortable with many single beds cluttering around.

I worked here as an LVN and they will assign you with almost 40 patients. Per station. During the day. I lasted two weeks. patients deserve better. And I questioned all the nurses that work there,

If you have other options/plans, please do NOT send your loved one here. This is literally where people go to die. Very few skilled or professional people on staff, no 24/7 medical care. I stood at the nurses station for 10 minutes before I was even acknowledged, while trying to address why my mom looked like she was already dead. Then this “nursing staff” has attitude when I ask questions or I’m just completely ignored. Kaiser dumps these patients off and doesn’t think twice. My mom was there for post-surgery rehab and died of a heart attack with no existing heart problems. Coincidentally, my mom’s close friend died there a couple years back and that was 1st thing my mom said, when she was transferred there. This is the most depressing place on earth and they refuse to offer any kind of mental/emotional therapy to their patients.. Stop hiring Santa Ana gangster nursing students, remind yourself that even if they are elderly, ill/disabled, combative or are on their deathbeds- they’re still humans. Jesus. Do your job. It’s amazing I haven’t received anything regarding a class action- I would be shocked if anyone walks or even rolls out of that hell hole.
ZERO STARS AND DO NOT RECOMMEND

They don’t enforce visitation hours. My wife was sent there to recover from a massive stroke. Very noisy at night. No place for overnight stays by spouses, multiple patients (2-4) must share 1 bathroom and sometimes with another room.

My mom was there for a month and the morning crew was great, friendly and professional unfortunately a couple ladies from the night crew were evil and should not be working there. At 9pm my mom wanted assistance to go to the bathroom but a heavy set Hispanic told her that she had to wait till 11pm when the new nurses come in. Another instance my mom wanted to change her shirt because she was sweating and she had asked this Asian nurse that came to give her her antibiotics to please handle her a new shirt from the closet right in front but she reply “she does not do that” and my mom was crying the whole night because of their bad treatment. I wish my mom told me sooner so I would go complaint to the main office and not after she got discharged.

My mother was brought to this facility I was very scared after reading the reviews and after Moms arrival and how friendly everyone is also helpful, caring and professional I am very happy to say that Moms stay has been great, they are strict on visiting and I like that. Secondly everything is explained nurses are awesome, medical assistants also, drs and staff cannot leave out the helpful and friendly security guard. Thanks everyone for all you are doing for my mother and thanks for keeping this medical facility so clean

I had 2 knee replacements which resulted in major surgical revisions. I was sent to this facility on two occasions. Dr Ky outstanding and very patient and understanding with me. The facility is very clean. Therapy is a happy place to go. They understand your situation and work with you to give best results. More time (average 20 minutes a day )can be given to those with enthusiasm to get better. 22 plus hours in bed is hard to recover. CNA are usually very nice and seem to be very attentive. The night shift needs more help. So many times you have long waits after you ring buzzard to get someone in to help or leave you on bed pan. I had to call the outside number to get nursing station to get help from CNA. Sure they were overloaded with other patience. Hard to hold pee 30 plus minutes at nighttime As far as medication they seem to disturb your sleep to give medication and draw blood at 4am. Difficult to sleep in these places anyway and I'd recommend times are geared more to comfort of the patient. Food has improved tremendously. I could recognize what I was eating.
Activities are good for so many patients. They try to please. Administration is slow to respond to patient calls. Sometimes annoying when you need information. Overall I give this facility a very good rating compared to the other 3 facilities I've been to.

Worst place ever. Was treated horribly. Was a patient there in the psych ward. Almost ended up back there and when I found out that’s where I’d be going I was like oh hell no. I was there sometime two years ago. When they released me they just gave me a bus pass and I basically left with nothing. I heard later on that a patient threw a chair at the staff. Ha ha! Good! Serves them right! Just letting you all know, I will be doing that to if I’m thrown back in there!

The facility separate from this is great though...very clean, staff are super sweet...take care of your loved ones who are recovering from injuries or dying. My grandma was sent to the other part of the rehabilitation center and they treated her well, I’m talking about the psych ward in the back. Yeah, those people are nazis.
