Front desk was great. Hygenist was so rough and messy. Jabbed me in my gums with the tools, then has the audacity to tell me I was bleeding because of lack of flossing. I had blood splatters on my bib/napkin. She went super fast, didn't floss me. Dentist looked at my x-ray and read that I had an impacted wisdom tooth... I don't have wisdom teeth. Then blew air on my teeth, and examined them for a total of 10 seconds, said I was 'fine,' and said I could leave. Such a waste of time.

I'm glad that I had a pre surgery appointment before the actual surgery, because I was able to make the decision to cancel my services with this office. The dentist (I believe it was Dr. Kashanchi) came in and squeezed and rubbed my shoulders and asked if a cat had "ripped my jeans". I felt very uncomfortable. The woman at the front desk tried to tell me that I had to purchase extra treatment for my surgery that was not covered by insurance, which felt like a huge money grab. I declined the extra cost and they were noticeably irritated with me.

I hate dentists offices but this office is by far the best and most efficiently running office with the highest quality of respect from the staff. The women and doctors are A++++++++++. I would recommend this office to anyone.

I had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Kashanchi's dental office, which proved to be the most efficient dental experience I've ever had. From paperwork to X-rays and cleaning, Dr. Kashanchi identified issues that my previous dentist had overlooked. I only wish I had discovered him sooner!

This place is great the staff was very friendly & helpful And the dentist himself was very patient, courteous, and very generous!! I have been to many Dentist and felt uncomfortable and that people there were very judgmental. This place is totally different. Totally cool. Highly recommend !!!!! Bobbie adams

Horrible services, doctor didn’t even introduce himself or even tried to numb my mother before the actual anesthesia shots. She was in tears of so much pain and he didn’t even care to acknowledge her pain whatsoever! Horrible bedside manners! Will never recommend to anyone!!!!!
