I love this place. My experience with other Dignity Health offices has been terrible- bad office staff, bad doctor advice, calls dropped and misplaced appointments. This office was the opposite. They answered my call right away, they got me into a new patient visit within a week, I was seen by the doctor within 10 minutes. Staff was very friendly even though there was only two of them, they were nice and accommodating. The doctor listened to me and was friendly and courteous- he even referred me to a physical therapist THAT DAY! Our old office took 3 weeks to refer. I would highly recommend this place and will be taking my whole family here in the future. Thank you for restoring my faith in Dignity Health

The front office is so difficult to deal with. They don 't care and are rude. The doctors are great — if you can ever see them! My husband saw a doctor a couple of days ago and is so much worse today and in so much pain. I called to see if he could get a pain prescription since he already saw the doctor 2 days ago. Today is Friday, she said that the doctor would be in at 8 am on Monday call back then. She said to go to urgent care - I said that I could not get him into the car because he is in too much pain - she said that they close in 10 minutes. So frustrating; great family physicians that you can not see, talk to, or email.

The front office cares more about their procedures than they give a damn about your health. Our doctor moved to the University of Washington Medical School to teach. We had our records transferred to Boulder Creek Medical. My wife needed a prescription renewed. It was all in her records. But according to their "procedure', we had to make an appointment or no prescription renewal, we both go in and ask that we both be assigned to the same doctor and were told that was not a problem. Later my wife needs her annual hearing test. Medicare will only cover one charge for this annual visit. Again, their 'procedure' is that they will not give a referral without an office visit even though there are tests, referrals and an MRI of her hearing problem in her file and this clinic does not do hearing tests. We have to use the Medicare charge for their office visit and then pay out of pocket for the hearing test. I'm pretty healthy and have had no reason to see a doctor in the past year. I get a cold so bad that it knocks me to my knees and won't go away. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and then I start getting better on Thursday and Friday but come Saturday it really hits me. Sunday morning I go on-line to ask for an appointment. Monday the clinic opens at 8, by noon still no call back. We call them. I can't see the doctor because their 'procedure' is that I have to have a 'new patient visit' before I can schedule a visit to see what the problem is. Thank God I was not having a heart attack or they probably would have stood over my cold dead body and checked their "procedures". I left this clinic when Amy Solomon left to start her practice and as soon as I find another doctor I will be leaving it again.

We are here on vacation and I found a tick on my back. The staff at the desk were very courteous and understanding. They were told that they did not have the appropriate sterilized equipment to take care of this!? And I was told to go to an urgent care facility. This is the only medical facility in town and I do not have a car. I find it incredibly astounding that this is the case. I now understand why the ratings were so poor!!!! this is not an urgent care facility but came up as such when we googled.!!!

I asked to renew a prescription for a controlled pain killer and the nurse or receptionist told me my prescription was for sixty days which was an outright lie. The time limit is not stated on the form only the dosage (which, if followed, would expire in 36 to 45 days). When I called her on it, she continued to try and convince me she was right. Her attitude was uncalled for as well as dishonest. I had never seen this person before and if she continues to work for the clinic I will have to consider other options for medical services.

The Front Office literally hangs up on patients that have been going there linger than they have been taking up space on our planet. Rude does not describe their phone etiquette! If I could give Negative stars I would. God Help you if you go here. I was actually delivered by the Doctor who use to be here. DO NOT GO HERE. FIND ANOTHER DOCTOR AND PLACE YOU CAN COMMUNICATE WITH.
