Thank you for bringing back the personal experience that is needed when dealing with ones health . GoodRx sent my prescription to the pharmacy and after a couple of days I didn't hear anything about my prescription being ready so I called and asked if they had received it and the lady said yes but they hadn't processed it because I didn't contact them to verify if I had insurance. I then asked her wjy didn't they call me and said it was their policy not to call people amd that we have to call so when I asked if I hadn't called tthey would have never called me amd she said yes that was right and when I said to process it they didn't have enough amd it would take another day or so. At this point I said I would do a review and said do whatever you want and hang up. Not sure what to make of this pharmacy, I saw the good reviews and its the reason why I sent my prescription there so Im not sure what happened but will not be going back there.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. They prepare the medications for people on hospice and for our elderly population. When I went to pick up the medications for one of our elderly clients I was told over the weekend that it would be ready by 9:30. When I went at 10 am it wasn't even started. I had to wait an additonal 1 hour. That is not the big deal part! The BIG DEAL AND BIG COMPLAINT WAS THERE WAS 6 STAFF MEMBERS AND ONLY 1 WAS WEARING A MASK!!
