Not Client-Oriented & Unfriendly Experience

I had a very disappointing experience at this dental office. From the start, the staff, including the doctor and assistant, were not welcoming or client-focused. They barely communicated, making me feel like I was inconveniencing them rather than being treated as a patient.

What stood out the most was the complete lack of explanation about the procedures. They started working on my teeth without informing me what they were doing, which felt unprofessional and unsettling. A simple explanation would have made a huge difference, but instead, I felt ignored.

Overall, the experience was terrible. I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a professional and patient-friendly dental office.

By far the best dentist around. It's refreshing to have a dentist that knows what they're doing. They answer all of your questions with patience and they do excellent work. From walking in the door to walking out the door every employee is amazing and kind.

Always a good experience with SoCal Smiles. Everyone is pleasant and helpful. I had a crown that broke and they got me right in and replaced it that day. I’ve honestly never been happier with a dentist and office staff than I am with SoCal Smiles.
