UPDATE(Feb 11): Thanks to a gentleman who helped to resolve this situation.

Can't say I'm happy with this pharmacy except for the fact it's next to my house.
They messed up dates in the claim, and I can't use my insurance.
Another time they couldn't claim some meds, but another pharmacy had and have no issue with it.
I recommend computer literacy courses.
