I recommend this gym for serious lifters dudes. It is a good place for ladies as well. Free parking. Open 24/7. It doesn’t get crowded. It has everything you need. The gym is clean and organized. All machines work very well. Also, they have many tools for working out. Tissues, sanitizers, and water are always available. Bathroom is available too. The temperature is always just fine.

This place is pretty much a wonderful one-stop fitness center that has just about every equipment you need for a full workout.

The front desk and customer service are great. They are informative, friendly, and keep this place clean and peaceful.

It doesn't get too crowded either!

I joined this gym after 2 years of not working out. I've worked out in big gyms and private gyms. The old gym I went to ended up going out of business. I had come accustomed to the smaller, cleaner, and friendlier gyms. The gym is never over packed with plenty of room to work out. It's a great place in a safe location. Owner's are hands-on.

The personal trainer I used to develop the best workout for me (a female, 68) said the best place to work out is whatever place I’ll have the fewest excuses not to go. At Snap, 5 minutes from my house, I can always find parking & always find the machines I want free during the 70 minutes I’m there—no matter what time of day or evening I go. I don’t have to pack a bag/change/shower/change back—everyone comes & leaves in their workout clothes. Also, people are there to get fit, not to check out the best bodies—most times I’m there I see a range of ages, from 20’s through 70’s. Also, my Snap is in the same shopping center as my dry cleaners, pharmacy, Starbucks, & grocer—so working out is easily combined with other errands. And I love that they’re a Silver Sneakers facility!
