I want to thank everyone at Smith Ranch for the outstanding care I recently received. The entire staff is caring and wonderful and I greatly appreciate everyone who helped me while I was there. I would like to point out that Preston Ebert, Jr. is such wonderful nurse. He was my nurse most of the time, but I also observed him attending other patients. You have a real star with Preston! I thanked him personally but I want to make sure that his outstanding performance is recognized.

It was buzzing with business.
Quiet yet intense conferences in hallway.
Good PATIENCE & instruction from PT & OT people..
There ought to be a way to allow a patient to watch television quietly.. such as earphones, to preserve the sleep quality, AND absolute quiet by 10 pm‼️

Visited my friend at the facility. Her room is clean, and orderly’s are always on call. Her physical therapist’s are very professional, and her condition is improving thanks to their help. Highly recommend!

I am extremely grateful for the exceptional care my grandma has received at Smith Ranch. From the moment we toured the facility, we were impressed by the clean, welcoming environment and the professionalism of the staff. The caregivers are compassionate, attentive, and genuinely invested in the well-being of the residents. They understand this can be a drastic change for the future resident and their family. My grandma's transition into the nursing home was smooth, and she has been treated with the utmost respect and kindness.
The nursing staff has been available and responsive to address any concerns and provide updates on my grandma's health. Same goes to the administration: they never left us hanging or looking for answers.
I highly recommend this nursing home to anyone looking for a caring and supportive environment for their loved ones.
