They have a great x-ray technician that was really helpful. She is the reason for me providing 3 stars. The reason why it’s 3 and not 5, is that my insurance only covered half of my emergency appointment. I have an exposed nerve where my wisdom tooth broke. The pain was and still is excruciating. After my X-rays and conversation with the oral surgeon about the severity of tooth needing to come out immediately, they turned me away because they don’t bill for services. I was unable to pay the difference after just buying a car and had no way to pay the difference after insurance. Turning someone away when they are in severe pain because that can’t afford to pay the after insurance difference is very disappointing. I am still in pain and learning to live with it during the time being.

They are fast! & so helpful. The office manager Eduardo, awesome!!!! really helped me out. Really appreciate him and his efficient help and kindness. So very appreciative!

Best cleaning I ever had with results I could see immediately !
I can even feel the buildup removal - it's easier to floss between my tight teeth !
I had been looking and trying to find a good dentist for a few years. No more search needed.

Here it was easy to register as a new patient and get an appointment; had help minimizing sensitivity issues with mouthpiece for full x-rays, received thorough exam with explanation, quick insurance analysis and recommendations for care; able to start work right away and get things done nicely.
They took extra care for the fit with 3D imaging and 3D printing and can adjust to address my sensitivity.

I feel so much better knowing and feeling healthier plus the personable, professional staff are there when I have questions or need to follow up.
I can't help but smile now and I look forward to regular cleanings with these results.
Remember prevention, check-ups, and address concerns early is better than the alternative.

Dr. Dawood is wonderful! Gentle yet firm and makes me feel confident in her care. I am no longer afraid to come to the dentist!! The support staff is also great. I love coming here! I have moved and drive to get here. Totally worth it!!

ZERO STARS!! THEY WILL QUITE LITERALLY CALL YOU 8-10 TIMES UNTIL YOU PICK UP THE PHONE , I came in about a month ago for a basic cleaning and a consultation regarding three wisdom tooth extractions. When arriving they stated I had no cavities, however a basic teeth cleaning would not do and that I would need a deep cleaning instead, which was NOT covered under my insurance and that I would need to pay 200$ out of pocket. Moving on too the consultation, they said due to the two bottom teeth being impacted they will need to do a bone graph to get a more accurate reading when they perform the extraction which was also NOT covered under my insurance and it'll be 765$ a tooth. A week later I go to another dentist who were much more professional and not money hungry!! They easily performed a regular cleaning as well as fillings for 9 small cavities and removed all 3 remaining wisdom tooth. MY INSURANCE COVERED EVERYTHING!!

Crazy to believe after a 15min visit with Smiles West they were already asking almost 2000$. I spent more time in the waiting room then I did with the staff, this place is a joke

Very professional and clean office. The whole team is excellent and the whole process went very smoothly… had to get 3 crowns done because my old filling was very large and cracked, they matched the exact color of my teeth !!! Highly recommend them. Dr. Najlas is very professional and extremely knowledgeable and super nice.

Our daughters had a wonderful experience at this dental office! We were nervous switching dentists, as we’ve been with the same dentist for many years. The staff were all professional and couldn’t have been nicer. My appointment is this upcoming Wednesday and I’m looking forward to my visit!
